Birth Time Rectification

Dear Learned Members,

My birth time cannot be called accurate. I have been using it until now to get predictions. However, I now wonder what will be the implications if it is a couple of minutes here or there? Is there any chance of change in predictions of my chart if there is any variation? How can I get my accurate birth time? Kindly advise.

TOB : 13:30
DOB : 16/12/1977
POB : Thane, Mumbai

dear ramyaptnk,Ur Lagn chart remains same for + 30 min n - 30 min,there may be change in D9 if there is variation,n oher divisional charts,few divisional charts changes with 1 min variation too so,its better if u r sure about ur lagn chart ,with some known events D9 can be adjusted.
