why there was a job change recently?

Why there was a sudden job change happened in mar/april? It was not wished for. Was it for good or bad?
I was thinking of staying in the same company for atleast 5 yrs. How can I make sure this will not recur
again in the future. This is creating stress and frustration.

Current period is not good, your are under Saturn dasha- Mercury bhukti which started from January this year.

As your Mercury(10L) is debiliated, can create some minor problems but your overall Saturn dasha will be good.

I thought my 10th Lord was mars and I am running Saturn MD and Venus sub dasha.

a stable job, job changes are happening frequently.

Current time has chances for job but you will need to work with patience as Saturn MD and Venus AD can bring some obstructions and relocation.

I already changed and started my new job 3 weeks ago. Do Saturn MD, and Venus AD causes this? I have Saturn AD until 2023. Is that good or bad? As you suggested in my earlier post, I am wearing coral and green emerald. Will this also help Saturn AD?

Wearing red coral and emerald helps to strengthen your weak debilitated benefic planets.
When Saturn comes as MD lord, there will be obstructions for other planets to give results.
