mer as ak writers, educational sectors, creative professions etc
it can be any one of jup or mercury related professions....

I am learning the subject not the master of astrology. I am surprised to see the Moon -Jupiter sign exchange in your chart . Moon is aspecting the 10H, should have made you the consulting physician not the surgeon. Well Sun-Sat combination is must for an Orthopedic surgeon. But Mars/Rahu-Sat connection with 10H or 10L is missing. I know I am missing some link.From Sun Lagna Venus is the 10L and 3L[right hand] with Mars[ 4L, 9L] aspected by Saturn[6L]. Mars and Saturn both are aspecting the 10H from Sun Lagna, justifies the chart of a surgeon[ orthopedic]

first thing is that never fall into trap by looking your 10th house and planets in 10th house .....
they'll just tell you how difficult or smooth your career will be.....
for your line of profession you should look at amatyakarak which is sun in your case.....
sun as amk is conjunct saturn which represent bones and joints , so if you were bound to be doctor you would be surely working with something related to bones and joints disease...
but still it does not tell you being surgeon because mars need to have some relation...
usually i don't consider navamasa & dasmasa placement of amk...
but in your case for sun is in scorpio in nav. and in dasamsa sun in aries its aspected by mars frm libra...
so there is effect of mars on your amk sun.....

I am interested in going to school for massage. been studying Reflexology on my own. .
I am 46yrs old
I live alone. I have given away this year (90%) almost everything I owned. Clothes, jewlery, furnature. I live quiet, alone, simple humble life now. Probably single for very long time because of my choice of job & no one takes me serious. I am highly judged my many & I have many enemies. I live in a state with no family. Except my xhusband & my 21, 20, 18 year old children who live at dads house for 13yrs after divorce. I left marriage of 13yrs taking nothing but my clothes & 3000$ for bed & couch & tv. My xhusnand made over 500k & I took nothing but what I stated. I let him have everything. I just wanted away from him & started dancing to make money & no college education. I lost my car & my life been a mess from about 2001-until now. My low self esteem has helped me make choices that has mapped out me to isolation. No friends, no family, no boyfriend & no education & no savings .... Living alone & I know my chart d1 well. Is my choices. Now I am just half living in sadness & fear yet trying to stay positive now & make good choices....
Prayer & mediation will help & doing the right tjing. I no longer care about material things. No equal happiness. I am grateful & I am studying my D10 chart now Yet I do not have degrees for planets in my Dasamsha chart.

Logic to me.
I want to learn message & keep learning & study Ayurvedic & stay single & live simple & quiet
