My details are

DOB Mar 30, 1963
Place of Birth: Gubbi Karnataka India.
Time 1.40pm



Despite having worked for 25 yrs in Tech industry, I always end up in Junior position. Also lots of job turnover.
Frequently losing the jobs, either I quit or let go. Having lots of tension at home because of this.
Present, I have shaky job, but also got another offer from reputed company, but in a junior position again.
My peers and neighbors who are younger than me enjoying higher position.

Can you please help, why I am not able to get leadership role, or higher up in the organization? Do you think
I should start my own company? Any insights are appreciated. Is there any problem with planets of intelligence? Also suffering from lack of self esteem. Any remedies are welcome.

Mars[5L, 10] and Saturn[7L, 8L] are not only under the Nk exchange but also aspecting each other. Very strong connection of 8L and 10L is the reason for frequent change in job. The present job offer must be after 2nd February 2013, and should be of good package. Since Jupiter is aspecting your 10L, you should accept this job offer. regards

Thank you Sujitji. Is there any light at the end of the tunnel for my problem?

I had enough of working and right now am full of frustration and anger in me. But need the paycheck..
