clarification and effects of 10th lord in the 8th

Dear All,

I have a question as regards the effect of lord of 10th in the 8th house. If the 10th lord is in the 8th house does it mean loss of job?

What would be the effect when the 10th lord of the lagna chart is in the 8th house in the dashamsha chart or D10 chart. Does it mean permanently unemployed or does it take effect during the dasa or antardasha of the 10th Lord?

Would be interesting to hear your interpretation on the same. I do plan to get a few charts to analyse if any one is interested in taking it forward.
