There is a good time to get married in the dasha of Sun-Moon starting August 2013. It'd be better if its an arrange marriage. Your spouse maybe living abroad. You yourself must be living abroad or would immigrate soon.

It is not because of the mangal dosha, because lots of charts have it and still
most of them get married in due time. It is the afflictions to the other supporting
planets.
Details of spouse etc requires a big effort and considerable amount of time.
Take it to the divine and you will be guided to come across good partners. Now it is time for
you to take action.

I want to clarify one thing..while i was searching mantra online...i found there are japa mantra for each planet also. Can one chant that also? Is there any difference between the mantra you mentioned and the one i am talking about??

I mean i belive in god and i hope its more important to chant with full faith and belief na??

You can choose your own preferred mantras, as long as they are intended for
the recommended planet and the respective Deity. If you wish to and like to, you
can do many other mantras. But do not exhaust yourself.
