General query on BTR

Hi,
I want to know what exactly happens in Birth time rectification.
I mean,is on the basis of events provided, the astrologer would find out
1) exact time of birth or
2) approximate time of birth based on the basis of time of birth provided my the enquirer or
3) probable lagna at the time of birth.

correct you asked correct you told - on basis of events provided the astrologer is telling exact time of birth and so only is telling lagna.

now see - i will tell one story - BV Raman son is publish one magazine - the astrological magazine - in that one article is there - steve jobs in that magazine no 6 great persons wroting article on steve jobs. steve jobs you know no? apple founder he is.
