Please help me .
I am doctor by qualification.But never worked as a Doctor as situations dont allow me to work HERE IN usa.I came to USA and its been 7 years and still no job.I am confused and lost hope of ever practising as a Doctor in USA. What remedies should i do get the job

My current mental status is confused and i have turned so fickle minded that I am unable to take small decisions.I was not like this till year 2006.After 2006 , mental instability,hoplesness of not getting job,loss of interest to get a job are bothering me a lot.
Any remedies do you recommend.I am currently in USA but I am really thinking of coming back to India.I think America is not suitable for me.

Donate rice, sugar and offer white colored sweets to crows in the morning till things get settle down.
Looking ahead, I find 2014 better than 2013. Hope this helps with decision making.
