Jupiter transit to 10th house - Is it that bad ?

I heard Jupiter transit to 10th house is not good though there are other school of thoughts. How bad is it?
My personal experience is delay in everything,tendency to lose job or position, reporting to juniors @ work, missing a promotion, performing a downgraded role @ work (I used to be a team lead managing 8 members but now I am just a team member),normal health, confused and gloomy mindset, decreased interest in love and marriage.
