Hi Exploring,

Nice to read your post about virgoians. I am also virgoian. As you mentioned all the traits about virgo, is all correct in my case. I have been jobless since for the last one year and living my life with full of tensions and facing much problems. Last year, I made a mistake in my life by taking a hurriedly decision to wind up a business and now i have penitance for that decision. So now i ponder again to restart my previous business as a fresh. Would you think it would be fructify in my case?

The moment I realized that you will be running Venus MD and before even reviewing AD period, I was somehow confident that you will be going through Ve-Sa.

Ve-Sa or Sa-Ve is somehow connected to bad decisions in career and huge financial losses or living in a limited income. This observation is pretty much all over internet and also on this forum. Furthermore, you are also undergoing first phase of Sade satti. Also, Sa and Ve are in 6/8 positions expect problems.

Your problems will diminish after this period (post 2014).

6H is strong where LL/10L is placed and LL has a parivartana between 6L. I feel that service will be more apt for you. Sun is badly afflicted placed in inimical sign and by Saturn through parivartana.

LL/10L, mercury gets debilitated in D9 and is in parivartana with Jupiter. Saturn again aspects mercury in D9. 6L in D9, venus is also the LL and you are also undergoing its dasha. Sun again gets afflicted in D10. You have the mindset but lack the leadership and courage to initiate a business.

Check if your current MD+AD are favorable.

In regards with planetary positions, Ju is retro enhancing the positive possibilities of buying a property, vehicle, etc. however, 9L, Venus and karaka for finance is currently debilitated in ascendant. If you want to buy a property right away I would strongly suggest that if MD/AD lords are favorable, finalize the deal after Nov 17th when Venus will enter Libra. Another positive thing is Mars, natural karaka for house and immovable property (grihakaraka) will be in 4H for Virgo Lagna around the same time. This positive transit from Nov 17,2012 to Jan 29, 2013 increases chances of purchasing a property/financial gains.

After that, May 2013, when Jupiter will enter Gemini in 10H it will aspect exalted Saturn. Ju-Sa double transit will strengthen the gains or outcome for 4H. Hence after May 2013 also, it is a good time for buying immovable property especially in overlapping good transits of Mars.

My moon is debilitate in rashi chart. If we see from moon chart, (Current transit) Mars is aspecting on 4th house. But as you said venus is debilitate, may be i get less money from property deal than my expectation.

Check the A.V points in Virgo in your chart, if more than 28 then no problem. Also consider the Bhinastakvarga of Venus, see the points in sign Virgo, if more than four, just no problem . Remember Dasha is first and transit is secondary. regards

Virgo natives are particularly facing a hard time for most of 2012 considering that the sign was in paapkatari till May 2012 followed by long retrograde of Lagna Lord Mercury. Mercury is about to retrograde again. This is again an extremely difficult transit for Virgo and Gemini natives (Lagna as well as rasi). Lagna Lord Mercury is not only transiting in inimical house of Scorpio but also it will encounter several conjunctions with Rahu.

Mercury makes its first conjunction with Rahu as soon as it enters Scorpio on Oct 25, 2012. Rahu is currently transiting backwards in Scorpio and is on its way out of Scorpio and is also receiving a neechbhanga from Mars (which also on its way out of Scorpio).

On Nov 7, 2012, Mercury will begin its retrogression and will conjunct with Rahu again on Nov 17, 2012. Mercury will become direct in the beginning of December and will join with Rahu again on Dec 6, 2012.

A good dasha reduces (not negate) the malefic effects of transits whereas a bad dasha may enhance the woes due to transits.

That been said, if the natal chart is strong the overall effect will remain neutral.

Now that Rahu and Ketu have changed their axis, Jupiter is no longer afflicted by Ketu and provides his full aspect on Virgo Lagna and Rasi.

Virgo natives will soon start getting benefic effects of Jupiter's benefic transit.

If you have a powerful or benefic Saturn in your natal chart, exalted transit of Saturn (5/6L) along with Rahu will be beneficial. Of course you have to be running a benefic dasha.

Post May 2013, Jupiter will enter Gemini and aspect exalted Saturn in Libra, Saggitarius, and Aquarius. Ju-Sa double transit will give a positive growth to Saggitarius (4th house from Virgo). Jupiter protects finances. If you wish to invest in land or immovable property, time is good post May 2013.

Exalted Sa-Ra may also give either additional responsibilities, raise, promotions in career. Of course it depends on your natal chart, running dashas, etc. If you have plenty of dhana yogas in your chart and are running a benefic dasha there is also a huge possibility of you to accrue wealth. Remember wealth generated by Saturn's blessing is always slow and steady and hard work is involved.
