My career problem

I have been losing jobs frequently for the past 12 years. I have no idea what is happening. I survived Sade Sathi
also did sarpa dosha nivarana pooja. Still have problems in my career. Right now working, but got a bad feedback and my job is once again at risk. I am a good worker, knowledgable, but somehow having problem hanging on to a job. If I had jobs continously I would have been a VP or president by now, but struggling as
an ordinary engineer. Lots of problem at home because of this. Please help pin point the problem and suggest suitable permanent remedies.

Dear Chandra Lagna,

You are correct. I am residing in U.S. I only had one job in India for a brief period of 1yr. There were some issues there also. Except for the period between 1996 to 2000, most of jobs ended up with disappointments.

Swamy,

Lord of Karma-sthaan is Kuja - placed in Lagna with Rahu - causing stay abroad for reasons of profession. This is also aspected by Shani, lord of 7th [ abroad] and 8th [ hardship]. Not surprising, career issues are seen. Lagna lord Moon is in Vrishabha and depositor Venus is in Kumbha, in a 6/8 relationship with career lord and Lagna which further exacerbates the situation.

The key to solving this [ if at all ] , lies in Navamsa.

- Moon in own house
- Mars is in Libra, the 4H in rashi - indicating home
- saturn is in Leo which is second house in Rashi - close to lagna, family etc.

In essence, the above means that there are equal planetary factors to propel you back to where you came from - i.e. India. The same factors which sent you abroad also intend for you to return.

Shani's MD runs till 2023 - so there's ways to go yet. Being with Ketu in Capricorn - which is deemed a "Home" or "traditional" country - India - this is a strong pull factor which will make this career situation continue in this fashion.

That is a surprising news about returning back to India. I have taken my citizenship and settled here since 25yrs, but struggling career wise. Maybe fate wants me to return to India, we will see. If there is a struggle in my career forever as you said, is it a good idea I start my own business? Will I have setbacks being self employed? If I can go the way of starting my own business, what kind of business is suitable for me?

Chart is more supportive of service...not only is Shani aspecting Ascendent and lord of profession..but also influences [although not very strongly, but quite about...] lords of 2,3,6,9 - i.e. wealth, initiative, efforts and luck.

To me it appears yours is a "Service" chart rather than a business one. Mars in Lagna though will give thoughts to the contrary.

Current maha dasa of Saturn is placed in 7th can bring obstructions to marriage, home, property and change of place.

Dear Sujit,

Can you please suggest any remedies to overcome my career problems? Looks like mars the lord of career is weak in Cancer, and shares the house with Rahu. Also Ketu and Shani shares the 7th house which is Makara. Shani is in his own house, but why Shani has something to do with my career? I have lost so many opportunities for higher positions, when the guys/gals who joined later than me are vice presidents, directors, presidents, GMs, but I am struggling as an ordinary engineer. It is either i get bored and quit jobs quickly or have problems with managers and had to leave the job. A person can take only so much, and in my case, I have not given up, but lots of frustration, resentment, anger, sadness bottled up inside.

You will need to wear gems for both debilitated benefic planets Mercury and Mars in suitable muhurta. Then slight improvement can be expected.
