Unfortunately, your career is always going to be an uphill battle, due to the presence of Mars + Rahu in the 10th house. Mars takes you to the top of any field, but it gives you lots of obstacles. And Rahu takes the nature of whatever house it sits in and whatever planet it sits with and expands that energy. So, you can expect a lot of struggle, but you can also expect to reach the top one day.
In terms of this year, I think you will find relief from Guru's transit to Gemini, happening late may of this year. So, by early june, your luck will be better due to Jupiter's 9th aspect on your 10th house.
And because you will have to struggle a lot in your career, you must not give up; if you do, life will be very hard indeed. What line of work are you in?

Yes, that seems odd, because you have Sun in the 10th d-10, and your current dasha is Saturn-Sun. You are technically good for job searching till late octoeber of 2013. Also, another good time is end of may 2015 during Mars bhukthi. But really right now is an excellent time to look for a job. Why not try searching in fields other than web-development? How many jobs have you been applying to in the past few days (new postings increase in the new year)?
As for own business, I would be careful about that. You must have strong 3rd, 7th, 10th, 11th houses for that to work out. Your 7th house of partnerships has sun combusting mercury. your 10th house has Mars + Rahu, which isn't an easy path to travel down (obstacles expanded). 11th house is good. But still, I would really expect to see some kind of Saturn interaction in at least one of these houses to really be confident about a career in business. But then again, you are the best judge of how strong your business is. Your chart doesn't indicate business failure exactly, but it doesn't show strong success.

regarding my 9th house, having jupiter and moon why am I am unlucky in finding job? will I get the benifits of gaj kesari yog in my life?
also I have the 12th house lord (venus) in the 6th house and 8th house lord(saturn) in the 6th house, both of them expect their own houses which from my interpretation makes double vipreet raj yog. When will these 2 virpreet raj yogs materialize?
(I lost my last job in saturn MD and venus AD.)
