Don't think Rahu in Libra Sandhi is working well for me. I hurt my foot and twisted my ankle on Sunday and on Monday, the car I was in banged full impact into the car in front of us.. Ok, so I revise my earlier hypothesis now, based on feedbacks from Krishnendudas and Sanjana.
It look like Rahu in Libra Sandhi is becoming more empowered by exalted Saturn conjunction.
So, Rahu in Libra Sandhi is likely to be more troublesome than Rahu in Scorpio Sandhi earlier. That is, 23rd Dec to 11th Jan is likely to be more troublesome than 5th of Dec to 23rd of Dec has been.
I thought of this possibility earlier, but decided to go in favour a more optimistic hypothesis. But looks like Rahu in Sandhi is not in an optimistic mood.

I recetly took upon myself doing Exec. MBA with IIMK , despite of running Rahu Mahadasa, expecting that benefic Rahu will sail me through.
Well, it's not Leo Lagna in his case that's causing problem. He happens to be Scorpio Rashi with Moon debilitated in 4th with a malefic Saturn. He is also running Venus-Venus-Moon at the moment.
Besides, I explained earlier that this transit is not favourable for Scorpio Lagna/Rashi people. In his case it's his Scorpio Rashi chart in combination with natal placements of Saturn + Moon and Mahadasha combination that are causing problems. You have to first see whether your Lagna chart or Rashi chart is giving the effect of current transit. Usually, only one of the two charts gives the transit effects. Accordingly, you can predict the result of Saturn + Rahu in Libra and give feedback.
In order to know which of the two charts is giving transit effects, you have to see how your last one and a half year since May 2011 has gone - whether it relates to your Lagna or Rashi chart.
Without knowing this, it's not possible to predict how the Libra transit of Rahu will be for you.
For example, if for Libra Rashi, the time since May 2011 has gone bad, now the situation should improve. But if the troubles seem to have begun only very recently, then it's more likely Scorpio chart giving effect.
Similarly for Taurus/Libra combination, you have to see first whether last one and a half years has been really bad - financially, relationship wise and in most respects, or whether it has been average, with some conflicts in relationships - to decide whether Libra chart is giving effect or whether Taurus chart is giving effect. No, your chart was giving the transit effect of Libra Lagna - for whom Rahu's Scorpio transit has been the worst of all. The transits are usually reflected in only one chart, not in both.
The fact that you have come to know about this outstanding income tax, shows that Rahu caused further damage in Scorpio with regard to your wealth and kept it hidden, about which you have come to know only now, when Rahu has left Scorpio, thus making you a tax defaulter even if you didn't want it.
This is exactly what has happened to me - my CA never filed the ITR for me and lied to me saying he had filed it. I trusted him absolutely, so never checked my Tax account. Only now I have discovered I am a tax defaulter which I never wanted to be. This was the effect of Rahu in Scorpio, causing problems in finance situations. Now that Rahu has moved out of Scorpio, we are coming to know about it and we have to set it right - so Rahu in Libra Sandhi will drain further money out of us.
Such experiences diminish my faith in humanity more and more, I trust people less and less and suspect them more and more.

As I said, your Moon chart is giving the effect of transits. The movement of Saturn in and out of Virgo seemed to have heightened your problems, combined with Rahu-Ketu axis.
Now that Saturn is properly exalted and Rahu has moved out of Scorpio, your time is improving. After 11th of Jan it should be good.

Your transits have become very good now, but your Rahu-Ketu axis is malefic in 4-10. So, go for the most stable situations. You will gain in this transit, but your Rahu Mahaasha may also cause trouble.

Although current transit is not very good for Pisces Lagna/Rashi, Sagittarian Mercury will be benefic for them.

I hope you don't mind if I reply. Rahu Kalam is related to Panchanga. Each planet rules 1.5 hrs starting from Sunrise. The first planet will be the lord of the day and then it follows a pattern with 8 grahas. The part that falls to Rahu is termed as "Rahu kalam". (I think JHora shows "Kaala lord" in key info part).
I know people who do nothing during "Rahu kalam" and it is thought especially wrong to start a travel in Rahu kalam.
It's basically a part of South Indian branch of Indian astrology. It's not followed in North Indian and Eastern Indian branches (as represented by the astrology followed in Orissa, Bengal, Assam and Mithila).
Like everything else in India, Indian astrology also has different branches and they have different principles of interpretations. There is no such thing as a uniform version of Indian astrology.
