A very warm Namastey to all seniors. Have been silent non-member reader and I am amazed how kind heartedly you show people way to take simple charts to extreme with in-depth analysis.
Its amazing to see such efforts without greed

I am facing a hard time getting my new venture to start working.
can someone please spare a few minutes and analyse my chart

I used to have a good business, but in 2011 I had to sell it off due to losses and mental pain.

yes, it should be correctly as noted by parents and elders and as indicated in hospital papers which I do have in original.
Secondly one of family friend who use to predict for me was always very correct, but he is not commercial or professional astrologer and now has changed his activity from family business and became advocate I no longer have the luxury of his expert advises, as He's always busy

You have a good chart . The reason for your Business loss is Rahu Antar Dasha which has started from August 2010. Present time is Mercury/Rahu. In your chart Mercury is opposed to Rahu. So you have to be patient till 1st week of February 2013 .After that things will improve.

You can Pray Lord Kala Bhairav to appease Rahu.

If you noticed I also undergone period of Kantaka Shani in recent past, which initially gave worst days along mercury-rahu period, but with shanidev pujan I was certainly felling much relief.

Some popular TV Astrologer said I have "Guru Chandaal Yog" but I am confused on this, as normally guru chandaal is formed with jupiter and rahu combination.

Secondly he said I must be under a legal dispute for fraudulent act, or may have been in jail previously, I was shocked as this is something I am strictly against, I would not do anything such even if someone pays or forces me to, that's not something my parents taught me.
I was shocked to see how they were trying to build fear in me and trying to pull 15K for remedial stones.

I want to know about my new venture and financial period, I use to work hard,was doing business since 2001 which I sold in 2011, may be combo of shani kantaka + Rahu AD put too much pressure on me.

Now new venture looks promising but something makes me miserable and I am not able to work.

I don't think there is anything to worry. Your chart indicates business and you will earn and do well in it.

Rahu is not malefic in your chart and is needs to be in strength. Rahu went in debilitation in May 2011 and then you may have hit lethargy and sluggish end.

Actually I had good business in past, but in 2010 it started giving frequent problem and was hardly able to earn its cost, and became worst in 2011 and I had to sell it,
cleared my debts and Survived till now, but again I am out of cash now.
All savings gone, all earned money gone

Now new business activity almost ready to go live but lack of confidence is killing me, I used to work 18+ hours on computers and earn well and now I am shocked that I just can't earn.

New venture needs some money but I don't have it,
parents + brother at very big position in different places but still I am left alone and this makes me miserable as I can't even take help from them.

But your comments are very motivating, I will try to work the coming week and if I am able to start It i would certainly let you know.

Can you please let me know two more things,
1). Saturn is exalted in 6H of services.
What exactly does this indicate ?

- powerful place for Saturn if it is benefic in natal chat can tremendous give professional success however if malefic can cause problems in professional life.

Ur ascendant is undecided and could change to Aries or Taurus. But seems to be Taurus from what u described. But ur Moon chart is strong. So I'll study ur Moon chart.

Moon is 2nd lord in 1st indicating good monetary background. 7th lord of business is in 11th with 1st lord indicating gains through business. But there is Rahu-ketu axis so there will be trouble at times. You'll experience this trouble during dashas of related planets like you did during Mer-Rahu.

Now you can wait for this dasha to end in Feb 2013 when your Jup bhukti will start and things may get back to normal.

no my question was about very very poor financial condition, Used to earn few lakhs/yr., but since 2010 business got painful, eat all our savings etc etc tried hell lot but profits were not matching running cost, and was forced to sell in 2011, what i got with its sale was spent on dues and survival, recently was forced to take help from parents, however new business plan is all set but I had very weak confidence till last few weeks, however I now feel better.

was running Rahu antardasha since 2010, was all this due to Rahu.

Can you please tell will I be able to kick start new venture now, which involves good money don't have explanation what made me delay it so longgggg.

for your info I was married in 2005, have 2 kids born in 2006 and 2011.

Hi,
so many months have passed, my confidence is shattered so much,
at one point of time I feel I can earn very well but something stops me from proceeding,
I am living hell of a life, No money, hardly able to get food and what pinches me is my wife and children all are suffering due to me.
I am like a living dead who can't buy my children new clothes, I cannot take my family on a vacation,
have my car, but I cannot afford much petrol, I had petrol bill of 1000 a week, now I can't afford 500 a month, I feel help less, I feel hope less, Money I get from parents is in-sufficient for food and bills,
still I am living I cry helpless.

I want to work, have been hard working tech guy, but don't know what fear inside me is stopping,

I also have a family friend, very senior person in stocks, when I ask if he can suggest me anything so i can atleast earn bread and butter, he laughs and says you must be joking, a guy like you should be rolling in money, minting money, and I say good bye, cause I cannot afford his strategies.
He sends me SMS every day, since last one year, it turns into profits, but I am not even having money to trade it.
He often suggests me to start trading but I don't have capital.....
