My son's birth details:
DOB: 28-Sep-1984
TOB: 6.58pm
Place of birth: Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India

He is refusing marriage proposals. When is his marriage likely to happen?

Nivedita ji, by 'border line' he means that the lagna is changing 14 seconds before the 'time of birth' provided. Goes from Aries to Pisces lagna.

The impact can be calculated once the birth time is confirmed. Otherwise, you are looking at two different people, one with Aries lagna & one with Pisces.

The birth time 6.58pm is as per hospital records and is assumed to be correct.
You may base your analysis on this time.
