What do you think what combinations have not given you marriage still?

I agree with you. Mercury, Rahu and moon should be responsible for OCD.

What about the genetic disposition? How do you think it can be explained astrologically?

Krishnendu,

Your father was running the Saturn-Venus period when the fraud happened in your father’s office, and he got suspended. Saturn and Venus form a raja yoga in the 10th house as 1st and 5th lord and that shows success in work place for him in that period, but at the same time Venus as the 8th lord of intrigues, dishonour, break in career, being in the 10th house of career means break in career due to problems in work place. Saturn being the 5th lord with Venus the 8th lord means a lot of emotional turmoil during the Saturn-Venus period as well. This is where I guess the need of the divisional chart is felt: if you see the navamsha it gives a clearer picture: Venus in that chart becomes the 10th lord in the 8th house once more. So you see in the rashi chart we were confused whether Venus will function as ascendant lord or 8th lord in the 10th house, but in the navamsha when we see that Venus is the 10th lord in the 8th house, we realize that 8th house will play a more prominent role than the 1st house in the period of Venus. Interestingly though, the dashamsha chart doesn’t show any trouble for him in his career. I would like to say one more thing: Venus-Saturn and Saturn-Venus periods are known to be enigmatic ones, so anything can happen in those periods, so one would be careful before predicting anything during a period like this.

but this is just a general case where Ve being 8th L in 10th - so

intrigues, dishonour, break in career, being in the 10th house of career means break in career due to problems in work place.

break in career can be due to lot of reasons , what i wanted to know that is there anything indicating legal trouble , court case etc .
Although he was not given chargesheet but was interogated by CBI !

Dear Learned friends,

Here is another interesting case involving Rahu.

The native tried many times for a particular govt job for a number of time in past 3 years and never succeeded.

Immediately as his Rahu mahadasha started this November, he got the appointment out of nowhere and despite stiff competition. He also got the job despite there being no vacancy.

Now the authority who appointed him has suddenly stopped giving favors and his trials for promotion are being turned down.

What made him get the job and what is stopping further favors?

Yes saky ji, you are correct.

There are 3 things to see-

1) 7th Lord is in 8th house, dusthana house. Venus, as the karaka for marriage is in 8th house which is not good actually.

2) Lord Saturn aspect on 7th Lord. It is said that Lord Saturn aspect on 7th lord or 7th house greatly affects marriage.

3 ) Another malefic aspect on Venus and there is no benefic aspect.

So you see, that since 7th Lord is afflicted, your marriage has been considerably delayed. Even affairs would not have been continue to go on for longer.

I don't see navamsa.

It did occur to me that you must have break in studies as Mars and mercury combination have given 100% break in studies in the charts I saw but I thought as 5th Lord is exalted, you must have done the studies,

Bill Gate with Mars and mercury combination, and he dropped out from the University soon and hence did not complete his studies.

If Mars and Mercury combination is there in D24 chart and not in D1 chart, what does it signify?

My sister has Mars and Mer combination, and she was never interested in studies and has dropped for one year after 12th, so it is true.

deepji...current dasha moon MD/Saturn AD n saturn is exhalted in libra till 2014 n venus is also in libra....but rahu is in scorpio aspecting my natal venus...so i guess post 11th jan wen rahu moves to libra....wat u say??
