Not able to access Inbox & send P.M.

Hi Administrator
I got two P.M.s and when I tried to reply, the system denied. Afterwards I sent an e-mail from my personal e-mail ID to Administrator requesting to enable me to send P.M. and as soon as I had sent this e-mail, the system started denying me to access the inbox and I am not able even to see those P.M.s that are in my Inbox. Every time I try, I see a message - "You are not authorised to read private messages". Now I am not sure what to do next and how to proceed further.
Could you please help?

Please check now ...
I am a student of this subject , and hence I might be wrong in my calculations. Kindly seek other opinions too , before coming to a conclusion.
