Namashkar,

Akanda Saamrajya Yoga(AS Yoga)-In the native's chart, Jupiter is the lord of the second and fifth house and the 11th lord Mercury is in kendra from the moon. Therefore, the native has AS yoga. However, there are two important things to be observed here. Firstly, the native's mercury is retrograde, almost combust (if you take 6 degrees between sun and the planets as the reference) and in planetary conflict with venus who is also retrograde and almost combust, in which mercury loses the war. Therefore, I am not sure how this yoga would manifest itself even though I believe that the yoga still exists. Secondly, mercury is a strong functional malefic in conjunction with malefic venus and they both aspect the moon through rasi drishti. Also, malefic saturn aspects the moon through rashi drishti. So, based on my understanding, AS yoga in today's terms means having wide network of authoritative positions/influences and with malefics influencing the moon in this yoga, it could be interpreted(just according to my understanding) as the native having the planetary combination that could make him acquire these authoritative positions in a short cut way(cunning , perverted, shortcut way).

Dhurudhura and Ubayachaari Yoga- Whenever there is a dhurudhura yoga, it implies that the native has both sunaba yoga and anaba yoga and therefore, I wouldn't have to add these two separately to the list of yogas. Similarly for the ubayachari yoga caused by planets(other than moon and nodes) in the 12th and second to the sun.
Yes. This native has dhurudhura yoga formed by mars(functional neutral) and jupiter(functional benefic) and also mars and jupiter are strong interms of their shad bala. Therefore I would interpret this dhurudhura yoga as something that would make the native very wealthy, dogmatic, capable of losing his temper easily(mars) and very protective and caring as far as his family is concerned (jupiter).

This person also has ubayachaari yoga formed by jupiter and mercury+venus. I would think that his yoga would be defined more by jupiter and venus instead of jupiter and (venus+mercury) due to the planetary war and thereby bless him with all comforts and wisdom in life. Astroboy has a detailed thread somewhere here on planetary wars and you can learn how such planetary wars influence the native from that.

Rahu in conjunction with the lagna lord, makes this person very suspicious of people around him and there is always a sense of fear in his mind if he would be taken advantage of/cheated by others.

Budha_Shukra yoga: Venus and Mercury conjoined in the house of mercury would normally make the native a versatile genius. However, in this case both are functional malefics, involved in a planetary war in which venus wins and aspected by the moon and saturn and I am very curious to understand in what way this native would use his intelligence. This conjunction in the 8th house(house of sudden events) makes me believe that this Budha_Shukra yoga could manifest in two ways.
1) native will suddenly get a genius idea that would make him successful and wealthy
2) considering the malefic nature of these two planets to the native, he may think that he got a genius idea, but it might suddenly lead him into huge losses.
I am inclined towards the 2nd case due to aspect from malefic saturn and this might cause a lot of depression due to the aspect on the moon.

There are many more yogas like sarala yoga, sarpa yoga, VR yoga, but I would like to finish with just one suggestion.

This native SHOULD control his excessive lust, else it would give him a lot of depression, embarrassment and health trouble. (Kamadura yoga(Venus in the rashi chart is in a dual sign Gemini and in his own house in the navamsa) and Dushkriti yoga(lord of the 7th house is in the 8th in the rashi chart)). Rahu(Obsessive nature) and moon(wavering mind) also aspects the 7th lord and this might make this person vulnerable to infidelity. Even though the benefic jupiter is trying to cause an intervention(argala) on the 7th lord and help, ketu is causing an obstruction to it(Virodhargala) and thereby preventing jupiter's intervention. As already stated, venus is in the house of mercury conjoined with mercury and both are retrograde, involved in a planetary war in which venus(lust and love) wins over mercury(intelligence and reasoning).

On the other hand, I believe that, with a properly matched horoscope, this native's spouse would be pious, noble and virtuous due to the conjunction of venus and mercury both in the rashi and in the D9.

Please keep in mind that I am still a fresh student and these are some of my interpretations and if there is anything wrong or offensive, I apologize for the same.

Dear Prakruthiji,
First of all thankyou for the analysis and reply. I have certain doubts, kindly clear those doubts if you have time.
Can you explain me the possible effects of 'Dushkriti and Kamadura yogas'. This person is very shy in even talking to girls. and his only romance proposal in all these years was rejected recently. How can he engage in infidelty? will those yogas make a sudden effect in personal nature.
Another doubt is regarding his areas of interest. He is interested in working in creative fields like films and literature. But hasnt even cleared his Btech arrears after course completion in 2010. Will any of these yogas help him to become successful in creative fields?
Kindly reply...

Namashkar Chadayan ji,

I just pointed out the planetary combinations that exist in the native's horoscope that COULD POTENTIALLY give possibilities to excessive lust and obsession related to areas concerning venus. Most of the times yogas manifest during the dasha period. Currently the native is going through Mercury dasha and it ends in Oct 2014. It is followed by Kethu dasha and then comes the dasha of venus. It is during this period(Between 33 years and 53 years of the native), I believe there are strong possibilities for the native to lose control over his mind and be hyper sensual. But there is also a possibility for the native to impose self discipline due to the aspect of Saturn on Venus(7th house lord) in the D-1 Chart. However rahu(planet of obsession) also aspects venus in the 8th house(house of sudden event, change) and therefore there are possibilities that suddenly the native might develop an obsession. Here again, Saturn would help in delaying it due to its aspect and give an opportunity to the native to impose self discipline and therefore by propitiating Saturn and the Rahu, it could be possible to get disciplined and transform this obsessive lust into something more constructive and creative.

Remember Venus is a planet of love, lust, comforts, creativity, fine arts, etc... This also explains what you have written that the native's soul is obsessed with drama, fine arts, graphics and literature. I am 100% convinced that in this native's horoscope, it is a competition between areas ruled by venus and mercury and eventually venus would win, because of its victory over mercury in the planetary war. On one hand, I think this person would prefer to or be forced into areas controlled by mercury like mathematics, reasoning, mechanics(4th house in D-24 has mercury in the house of sun and the lord of the 10th(house of career)from the sun is in mutual aspect with mercury in D1) and on the other hand his mind and soul would be inclined towards arts, cinema, visual design and in this competition between venus and mercury, venus eventually wins. Rahu is adding to the obsession with the areas related to venus through his aspect and saturn is sort of delaying the outcome. Finally in this fiasco, the moon is also aspected by saturn, venus and mercury and therefore the native undergoes a lot of confusions and mental worries.

You also said that this person is unable to complete his graduation still and that is because Saturn is the lord of the fourth house(Education till graduation), he is a functional malefic and he aspects the fourth house through his third aspect. Whereever Saturn sits or aspects he delays things related to that house because of his slow nature. But I strongly believe that this person would eventually complete this degree, because 4th house belongs to Saturn and he aspects his own house, sitting in the 2nd house belonging to Jupiter in ketu's nakshatra. Ketu is a yogi to the native and jupiter is a functional benefic. Furthermore, jupiter aspects this 4th house through rashi drishti and 2nd house is 11th(house of gains) from the 4th and therefore he would gain through his education. So there are very strong chances that this person would eventually complete this graduation. Repeated failures should be due to the lagna lord mars placed with Rahu (his natural enemy) in the saturn's house, aspected by saturn. Here the lagna lord is totally overwhelmed by both saturn and rahu. Aquarius is rahu's sort of own house and here he impersonates Saturn to a greater degree. In a way the placement of the mars with rahu and aspected by saturn is analogous to mars being totally overpowered by two saturns. However Jupiter is strong in his shadbala, aspecting this house. saturn being in kethu's nakshtra and kethu (aspected by Jupiter) being a functionally neutral planet, with some spirituality and prayers the native can gain confidence to withstand the challenges from saturn and eventually come out successful.

Please keep in mind that I am still learning and there could be a lot of mistakes in my understanding and interpretations. Therefore, just keep whatever I say in one corner of your mind and when the native happens to encounter such situations in real life, you could warn him to get disciplined. Do not take my words as something that is etched on the stone!

Hope this helps and if there are any errors in my analysis, please forgive me for the same. They are not intentional and they could be just due to my lack of experience.

Prakruthi
