I have been facing a hard situation for the past few years. I couldnt clear the arrears of Btech Mech. Engg. even after 2 years. I am not able to concentrate in studies. I worked in a company for sometime, resigned it to concentrate on clearing the papers, now living away from family, have some financial crisis too. Pressure from parents and realatives. I want to do some course realated to artistic field and like to work as a creative artist. I am not able to convince my parents. Please help me- will i be able to complete my course and go for higher studies and i also want to know whether i can work in my interested fields and achieve satisfaction.

Answers to your questions:
1- I wasnt involved in any family business. My father is a retired govt employee and mother is a teacher. We dont have any family business.
2- I am passionate about doing works related to artistic field like films, writing. I mean, I want to do something creative.
3- I am obsessed about film direction, writing(fiction & nonfiction) and I am passionate about acting too.
Mr.Pem, kindly analyze my horoscope and please tell me whether I will succeed in selecting this as a career or should I keep these as secondary.

Thankyou for the reply and advise. I have one doubt. You had told me in another post that, after february 2013, it will be good time to write exams and clear my arrears in Btech. Can you please say if there is any possibilty of higher studies in any technical field. One of my realtive who is working in an Oil pipeline Safety field has advised me to do a course in that field. But the nature of job will require us to travel around the world by ship. Kindly give your advise if this could be nice or whether doing anyother course would be better...

sorry, I made an error. I thought that reply came from you. It was from Mr.Sujith. Sorry for that again. Can you please check that possibility of clearing papers after February 2013. and, kindly answer that last question regarding the job in that oil pipeline safety field. I am a bit confused about selecting that field, so please advise me...

Sorry to disturb you again. I am currently writing my engg exams & I hope that I can clear it soon. I just found a notification from Govt film & TV Institute, and sent my application there for a diploma course in Cinematography. Can you please say if it will be good for me to join this course and purse a career in films & cinematography. I was planning to do the pipeline course, but my obsession towards filmmaking is pulling me again to do a course like cinematography. Please advise me as soon as you can...
