I too have this, Shani(LL) is aspecting Kuja from 9th house & kuja is aspecting shani from 6th house. In my case 6th house & 9th house are involved.

Astrology is based on one basic rule, Karma.
All these degrees of planets and houses in your various charts is nothing but the result of the Karma you did in your past lives.

So when you go out there and pay someone to kill a living being and procure meat for you, you are doing some Karma which somewhere in time will fructify. This fructification will factor in the circumstances under which karma originated (desh, kaal and patra) and that's why astrologers are advised to factor in the circumstances of the native.

So i doubt if eating non-veg or having alcohol comes under cutural ambit.
