I had posted my state of affairs in the wrong thread. Here reposting it and hoping someone would be able to shed some light on the happenings.

I am a qualified software professional having a post graduate degree as well with 17 yrs in the software industry. Everything was going ok till March 2011 when I lost my job because the company decided to close down. I was working very near to my place of birth if that is of any importance. Then everything seemed to go downhill. Didn't get a job till July 2011. These 3 months were frustating to say the least. Finally, I got one job but it was in a small relatively unknown company in Hyderabad. Although I didnt want to join (due to shifting of everything to a new place) but finally did join having no other option. But after I went there in July 2012, things became worse. There were health problems in the family with both my mother and wife on the receiving end. There was tension, discontent and that made me rethink about my decision to go to Hyd.
Nothing was going right so I decided to come back in Dec 2011 (as I too was not enjoying my stay there).
Since then I have been trying hard but not getting much success. I attended 2 interviews but had failures there. It seems everything I am trying, there is an obstacle. No matter what I try, where I apply, nothing clicks. Some hopes come up for sure, but vanish within no time. I tried my hand at doing some business of my own but that too is very very slow progress.
Can someone throw light as to what really is the problem in the charts?
Will really appreciate any help. Right now I am confused, frustrated Thanks.

Since Saturn[R] in 3H both in rashi and navmansha, aspecting the 5L[ Mercury] and 5H in both the charts, networking seems to me is more appropriate. 3H and Mercury, both are indicating towards communications. regards

I am in the telecommunication/networking embedded software domain.
Like the complex confusing terms in our industry, Chandra all I understood from your post was the last line of the first para which I have been reading about lately.
I need some more information.
1) Pls explain your statement - "that your 3L Mars is alive and kicking". How on earth were you able to dig that out? I have been repeatedly told that my Mangal, which I believe corresponds to Mars", quite beneficial to me but then if that is so what is that its causing the current situation ? Is this difficult period that I am going through somehow matches the dates that I have mentioned i.e. starting from somewhere around Feb-Mar 2011 or was it before that?
2) This Jupiter period is supposed to be good as you say, how long does it last as per whatever data is available? Since your analysis seem to be laser-point precise (finding out the exact field of profession among the 1000's present in the s/w today), will this period come back again?
3) Was I destined to be in software or was it just pure chance? I really want to start my own business related to of course software, do you think its a good idea? Should I just attempt to put all my energy there or do you think the stars still indicate that employment is the best option for me? In such a case, I am hoping that I find a suitable job soon.

After the excellent analysis of ChandraLagnaji, I am just making an attempt to see your chart with other conditional dasha. As per Dwadshottatri Dasha you are under Rahu-Moon-Sun, Moon[6L] is in 11H is an excellent combination to fight back though you are feeling very anxious. Sun[7L] and Mercury[5L, 8L] is in 8H making a Rajyoga. But the aspect of Saturn is a delaying factor. Saturn-Sun aspect is also a hindrance for a good relationship with boss. Rahu-Moon-Jupiter[ from20-10-2012] will surely land you with a good job. In tranit, Saturn from Libra will aspect the 6H, 6L and Jupiter[R] will aspect the 6L[Moon] . regards

:~) seems that things will look up very soon; as I read somewhere and trying to interpret whatever little I can from the technical jargon above, Saturn is a hard master. It makes one find out his/her shortcomings, makes you work hard for it. Am not sure if I did this in the past 18 months or so but I definitely had a lot of reconciliation

As suggested by you previously, things have moved a little after 20th Oct. In fact the first call came on 18th Oct. I had the first interview on 22nd Oct with a big organization which seemingly I cleared. Now I am appearing for a possible final technical round of interview on Thursday (1st Nov) 11AM. The interview is with a very senior Operations Head person.
Do you foresee the results of this interview as being positive and me getting this opportunity?
Any recommendations for facing the interview.

The position I have been offered although is much below what I actually could have got and the remuneration is much below par at the kind of experience level/ skill sets I have. I would like to discuss with you that maybe after a few weeks or so. Right now, I have an option of joining next week. Can you suggest a good day to do so? If possible if you could reply back as soon as you see this, it would help as I could indicate the same to the organisation.

The prediction was to some extent absolutely correct as the call for the first round of interviews came on 18th Oct but the actual confirmation of the offer happened only this Monday i.e. 12/11/2012.
So am not sure how to interpret whether the prediction of the exact date came true or not.
But either ways I am quite happy with how things have proceeded and am highly indebted to you guys for helping me in difficult times.

And a prediction period of 22 days (20th Oct - 12th Nov) in cosmic terms is only a few milliseconds... Yes for us humans these would be 22 harrowing and horrifying days.. from interview to offer letter

Had joined the new org on 22/11 and since then things have been particularly not very "happening" if I can say. Although nothing untoward or frighteningly heart stopping has happened, nothing very heart warming too has happened. Clarity in work is missing, my work targets seem a little fuzzy and relations with boss are just ok.
Do you see these as normal with chances of things to improve in the coming days/weeks/months?
Any particular jap/mantras that I could use to improve things?

There is a useful book called 30-60-90 days at work, or something on those lines. Perhaps that can give some useful tips on what to expect and how to deal with them.
