Forget Mars for a minute....if you are married, have you tried purchasing property jointly in name of spouse? Btw, are you trying to purchase land, or flat or independent house? Hi ,
We're trying to purchase our own house since last 4 years but no success.Though we are out of India,we want to purchase a house in India.My chart has 4th lord Ju in 12th & with Rahu & Shani in Leo,but Ju is aspecting the 4th house.Does this make my 4th house strong & does it indicate owning a property?I've read on this forum that karaka for land/property is Mars.I've debilitated Mars in 11th.Also I've read that for owning a property one should have strong dhana yoga/raj yoga in the chart.I guess,I've no strong dhana/raj yoga.Can anybody help me with my chart & predict about my chances to own my own house.

If serious attempts are made now, its possible to own a property.

Dear Anuradhaji & Chandralagnaji,
I am very happy to tell you that we did purchase an apartment.We got the deal in December & we got the possession of the apartment in March.
It all started in Mid November & we got this particular deal in the last week of December.We made the part payment in 2nd week of Jan.The first registration happened in 3rd week of Jan.After that we were busy with paper work & we got the keys in last week of March.
We faced lots of problems during the deal & I was really worried but Anuradhaji assured me & as per her prediction we got the possession after 23rd of March.My special thanks to her.
