As a learner I am trying to follow some predictions. Have a few doubts. Hope you dont mind clarifying:
Using JHora I got Su in 11th (Cp 11:03 with As in Pi 18:56). Ke is in 10th. Were you referring to Chalit chart for your comments on Job?
Ju being karaka of 9th is it good being placed in the house of its karakatwa?

7th lord is Me in both Rasi and Navamsha (Vi and Ge). It is in Li which is 8th as per Rasi chart but owned by Ve. Also Me is in PSha whose lord is also Ve.

There are few technicalities in Astrology.As per normal chalit,you have sun in the tenth. Ninth Jupiter is said to be good as Rajyogkaraka,that is,native has benefits from those in power,however,it is normally not good for progress or amicable relationship of brother,there is some worry on account of son.
As far as karaka occupying his natural bhava alone,the normal principle is that it is not good,however,sun is the natural karaka for ninth,which is not applicable to you.
The most remarkable negative trait in your horoscope is presence of sun with saturn in Navamsa and aspect of saturn on sun in Rasi.You have to follow a Satvik life and avoid falsehood otherwise reversal of fortune,that is Rajabhanga is not ruled out.
In the positive sense,it may denote struggle for a good cause,lord Ram had the aspect of sun saturn.Myself have the aspect of sun saturn,I am suspended from service since April 08,though my struggle is about the arbitrary abolition of post.
