Hello,
In my chart I have 8th lord mars in 12th with 12th lord sun and ketu, I recently came to know this forms vipareeta rajayoga. Is my 12th house good, does it give me any malefic effects regarding health,longevity and financial matters? Thank you in advance.

Problems with Sleep patterns as Ketu is in 12th house owned by Sun. Sun and mars together not a problem , but it may make the native anger prone.

Any planet in own house is always a safe bet. Here the 3rd/8th Lord going into 12th only adds to the safety.
As regards health, lagna lord is strong. So are sun and moon. Jupiter is in kendra. So overall health should be gud.
As regards finance, good dhana yogas involving 2nd/11th house which gets repeated from all the three lagnas!!! Can be enhanced with propitiations for Jup and Venus.
