Thanks a lot Exploringsji! Following are my details:

DOB - Nov 23, 1979
TOB - 3:20 am
POB - Lucknow, India

Saindhaviji told me that my Ve and Me are both weak. So I am doing a lot of chanting to appease Lord Vishnu and Maa Lakshmi. Actually for Lord Vishnu I am doing things since long (approx 9 years now). I have done other remedies for Me too. One thing I noticed after starting the chanting of Laxmi Gayatri mantra was that suddenly I was getting lot of attention from females in general and they have come out to be very good friends.

My questions:

1. I was transferred from India to US in late Jan 2012. When am I going back? Or should I have my Visa renewed, that is expiring in May 2013?
2. Actually I did not have a bad time after mid - May 2012. But in between from Jun 24 to Aug 14 (when Mars was in Virgo) I witnessed lot of work coming my way. It was mostly good with some small glitches (some bad thing happened on one Tuesday, but I dunno how, I was saved), I delivered things well, but I had to work really hard during that time. After Aug 14, things became slow again, as they were before. I got very less appreciation for my hard work though . Currently I am seeing lot of politics in office. That's is the reason I want to leave this place. Is there any place change for me coming up? Where?
3. In my previous visit to US (Jun 2010 to July 2011), I had noticed that I got lots of appreciations, specially on Tuesdays and Fridays. Other days used to be normal. Thursday did not used to be that good. I actually got 2 scoldings in 13 months, both were on Thursdays. So I inferred that Guru is bad for me, and Mars is good. But most people here say that being a Virgo, Mars is bad. I am confused.
4. My supervisor has put in some conditions for my next promotion, but some sources have told me that I will be promoted this January, because I qualify. Is there any chance?
5. Actually I am utterly confused in everything, my mind is mostly settled, but still I want a change, which does not seem to be coming. Is there any chance of higher education for me in near future? Specially Exec MBA in India? I dont where I am heading to, and I have been in this state for long now.

As you can see the current transits are having very less affect on me, or may be they are confusing me, I am not sure.
