badhaksthan and functional malefic planets

My DOB is 20/09/1990
Time is 9.20am
Place is Delhi,India

I have multiple problems and doubts regarding my chart.

I have Libra lagna for which 11th house is badhaksthan house. Ascendant lord Venus and 9th house lord Mercury both are placed in 11th house(badhaksthan). The badhakesh Sun is functional malefic and and placed in 12th(malefic) house. Moreover Jupiter which is functional malefic for libra lagna is exalted in 10th house in my chart.
I am going through Rahu mahadasha till 2020, Mercury antardasha till May'13, sarturn sadesati till Nov'14.

1. I have consulted many astrologers. Some say that the current antardasha period is very beneficial for me since mercury is in 11th(strong) in natal chart. Others say that the mercury antardasha is very bad period because mercury is badhak sthana planet. So what exactly is mercury antardasha for me?

2. Astrologers have also said that my time will change from 2020 because of Jupiter mahadasha which is exalted planet in my chart. But since jupiter is malefic for libra lagna,will the jupiter mahadasha be good or bad for me?

My time is going very bad in every phase of my life and it has been the same since 4-5 years. I have lost all hope from my life.

I can say that Rahu being aspected by Jupiter has made Rahu Dasha Troublesome. Pray Lord Kala bhairava to appease Rahu. Better time is from May 2013, Ketu antar dasha .

Jupiter Maha Dasha will be 100 times better than Rahu Maha Dasha .

I have some more queries. I would be graduating in mechanical engineering in may 2013 and I have my placements started from August on this year. Is there an indication that I would get a good job as per my expectation before graduating? When is the best time for it?

My father is suffering from bad health since 4-5 yrs and his state can become critical at any time. Right now ketu is transiting through 9th house which is creating health problems for father. Also mercury antardasha is bad in terms of health of father. Moreover natal destiny of father is also weak as Jupiter and Ketu both are in 10th house in my natal chart and 10th lord is in 12th house. Will ketu antardasha reduce the malefic impact on my father's health?

As you know Rahu and Ketu are one . Ketu Antar Dasha will help you in career. so you will have a better time at that period. 10th lord moon in 12th house indicates your career will be in foreign country.

Ok. Actually my father's dob and time is unknown. Is it possible to predict through my chart?

My never had any health problem. When my sade sati period started he got diagnosed with cancer in 2007 and underwent surgery. Later on in 2009 when I entered second phase of sadesati (which is seriously bad for father's health) he again got diagnosed with advanced development of the disease and he went for another surgery which was unsuccessful. Since then he is continuously undergoing palliative medical treatments in every 2-3 months or so. Saturn's movement to libra started my third phase of sadesati and malefic impacts should have been settled down. But malefic impact of mercury antardasha and ketu's transit to 9th house again made situations grave.

I have another query.

I am currently in my final year of engineering and job placements have started from august in my college.
Owing to the extreme bad luck experienced by me in past years I have become very pessimistic, so, I want to know whether I would be able to secure a good job as per my expectations before my graduation (i.e may 2013) or not?
I am sitting for a company on 11th of this month and this is the first company for which I am making an attempt.
