Hi,
in your chart, your 10th lord is combust (weakened due to its closeness with the sun, which burns all its external qualities). Since saturn rules both your income and your job (11th and 10th houses), these areas are affected.

Mars is aspecting the 10th house and is in a good placement. so you can get a job during mars dasha or mars bhukthi, which will happen in october of 2013. Right now, you are currently running a moon bhukthi. Moon will not be that helpful with career matters.
