It is neither exalted nor Debilitated . It is weak in the chart due to its placement in 12th house .

Venus in your chart relates to career and Progeny .

Rahu in house of Venus is badly affilcted by Sun and Mercury aspects. Better pray Lord Kala Bhairav to minimize the bad effects of Rahu.

I thought Venus in 12th house is exalted. I read many articles about it.

Venus is exalted when it is in Pisces that is 12 th zodiac not in 12th house.
This too shall pass.

Venus in 12rh house is exalted only when venus is in pisces. 12th house is generally bad for all planets but for venus it is not considered as that weak.
