Navamsha Chart and period of rise

Just wanted to know when does th navamsha chart come into play does it come into play after 32-34 years of age or will it enhance the Rasi chart effects or does it behave independently please reply , anyone ?

I read that it starts by the second part of life typically after 35. I believe that it behaves independantly and that is why you can see people's lives change significantly.

Navamsha is said to be the chart where we have Vishnu's blessings and many of them believe it is a sum total of all Sanchita Karmas which one should be taken into view here ?
