Your chart contain many combinations depicting ups & downs in kids & profession, mother area.
Though there're 2 combinations but both are with wrong houses i.e. exchange between 5H & 6H and second between 9H & 12H. Between lagna & 6H, 6H is much stronger coz of influence of 3 planets. Though your D-9 & D-10 is quite strong but Somehow I dnt have a feel that its suitable for business.

Thank you very much for response, I really appreciate it. Based on your review it looks like the business is not a good option for me but I am little bit concerned about your comment on my kids and mother. Do I need to worry about them anything specifically? And also if I am going to work for someone all the time, am I going to be in good health and can I accumulate decent amount of wealth to provide decent life to my family?

I've repeatedly written that whenever 5L is in 6H or 8H & is aspected by Sat, it results in multiple abortions. Again connection of 8L with 5H or 5L is not auspicious for kids. IN ur chart both these combinations are present.
Regarding mother, 4L Sun is debi in 6H and 4H contain Ketu. THe gud thing there is karaka Moon is strong in its own sign, it is also strong in Shadbala & Vimshopak bala.
As regard health, LL Ven is very near to its deep debilitation point & conjunct 8L Jup in close deg. This is not a gud indicator. Transit wise Sat is in ur 6H and Jup aspect 6L Ven. Both Sat & Jup are also activating 8H & 8L Ven. So you shd be careful in health matters.
You are also in Sat's 4th place dhaiyya (Transiting Sat in 4H from Moon). This generally results in worries related to domestic happiness (Sat is in 4H from Moon), diseases (Sar aspect 3H from Moon), profession (Sat aspect 10H from Moon) and worries (Sat aspect natal Moon).

though my query has not been answered but i am amazed to see the similarity between my and mr. verma's chart . he also have like myself debilitated saturn in 12th house and debi sun in 6th house.
i am told by few astrologer that this become neech bhang raj yoga. wha t is your opinion?
as i asked earlier should i venture into business or not . right now i am selling my house to invest in commercial property . since my husband is not well and we are surviving on rental income. will it be a good idea ?

The best remedy for all problems is Maha Mrityuanjaya mantra alongwith its Beej mantra.
But the real power is in reciting self, i dnt believe if someone do it for other, especially on payment basis.

The reason for similarity in charts is that ur DOb differs just by 2 wkks and since TOB is same hence Asc of the chart is again same. However you'll have a totally different life.
I dnt see many combination for own work in ur chart. 10L of D-1 Sat is debi & i dnt see any neecg bhang yoga for it. Further it is weakest in Vimshopak bala (only 7/20). 10L from Moon is Ven who's again debi but neechbhang (coz of conjunction of exalted Mer). In D-10 again LL/10L Mer is conjunct with debi Sun.
All these indicate struggle in profession which will lead to substantial probelms in case of own business.

"Whenever Sat transits over lord of 22nd drekkan on exact deg, it gives probelms" In ur chart Sun is lord of 22nd drekkan and transiting Sat crossed Sun on exact deg on Sept 7. The effects can be seen in that day +/- one week. Plz observe how this the first 2 weeks of Sept passed?

from 7 sep in fact from aug end time is good for me. as few positive things happened (touchwood). a work which was stuck got a kick start. in term of bad things i lost my debit card which i blocked later , no loss & i was stuck with a relative of a relative in hospital waiting... nothing much.
regarding my saturn m.d. though i am not much hopeful. i was being told few times that it will be good as debi shani is aspected by debi sun . moreover debi saturn in 12th house is not consider bad, as it is yogakaraka for taurus lagna. i don't know much abt astrology. but in my experience saturn a.d. in rahu and jupiter m.d. was very good.
i have been housewife all my life with no achievements . so debi planets have played their roll well. so i think i have to scrap my business venture. don't want to take any risk .
just want to know will it be good idea to sell one property now to buy another in other city .

Your present dasha is Sat-Jup-Mars (from July 1-Aug 24)
Sat is Yogkaraka for the Tula lagna and Jup is exalted in 10H.
The current dasha indicates that you may have some gain in property as Sat is 4L, Jup & Mars aspect 4H.
Transit wise too Jup aspect 4H and after Aug 14 Mars will also aspect 4H.
After Aug 24 in the PD of Rahu you may have a foreign visit.
Regarding ur business, you may start it from Jan 2013 as the next MD of Mer (Start from Jan 10, 2013) is suggesting some work related to foreign/exports (10L Moon & 12L Mer are in mutual aspect relationship).

Thanks for your guidance .After coming back from foreign trip in august i am entered in contract for residential land in this september and want to build own house.is this time ok to build own house in foreign land for me?i am still waiting for business opportunityand yet not getting any direction for business.will i get sudden opportunity as usual (as i got achivements earlier) for business?
