If Moon is present in 7th house of navamsa chart, what does it signify ?
Moon in 7th represents emotional support. It also depends on where the moon is placed.

This means native is primarily interested in pleasure and will marry someone working in govt/high positions.

I have always been intrigued that in my Navamsa chart, which is Cancer lagna, I have Moon conjunct an exalted Mars in the 7th. Could anyone tell me what this means for both planets?
I understand Mars to be a fortunate graha for Cancer lagna, because it rules the 5th and 10th houses, but it is also Mangalik in 7th.
In my main chart, Mars is the only Kendra planet, but in 4th, so also Mangalik, and Moon is in Cancer in 8th.

Elipsis,
thanks alot for your reply.
but when you say :- the native is primarily interested in pleasure...
well having an interest is one thing and actually enjoying it in reality is another. can such a native actually enjoy pleasures of life or they merely remain as a desire ? plz guide .

Dear aimless,
I don't think I'll make a good navamsa astrologer
, since I'm not married yet. So, what makes a good navamsa chart? To me marriage is all about giving up pleasures for the sake of another, a new life that takes birth requires all your attention, so marriage is a sacrifice and about giving up pleasures- that you dedicate your life for the benefit of your spouse and children. This is called higher-pleasure of life, only few good souls are able to wield it's full power.
RV Ramanan has written a good article on Navamsa combinations, I suggest you go through it.
