I am a women in my late 20s. I have had 2 relationships in the past and each time, as soon as the topic of marriage is brought up, It ends in bad break up.
My parents have also tried their best to find matches for me.. but somehow.. things never work out.
I will be extremely grateful if you can shed some light on why this is happening with me? Will i ever get married?

1) You are on the 1-7 axis of Ke-Ra...which is a difficult placement for relationships and marriages.
2) Ke is conjunct with Asc.
While Asc signifies self, self-enhancement, self-propellment forward.
Ketu signifies detachment and your Ket is in Scorpio which is it's own house...making it quite strong.
3) Ke and Asc sitting together pull native in opposite directions...creating potentially explosive situations with little control of the native if there are no strong stablizing forces.
4) Further Rahu in the 7th house pulls the spouse in the other direction of materialism..making it a difficult balance even after marriage.
5) Your broken relations and the sudden-ness with which it happened is signified in item-3) and no wonder you are running Ke Dasa from 2005 may until May 2012.
I think it will be difficult for you to sustain realtionships while Ketu Dasa lasts...and it's not even advisable to force yourself to get married or have serious relationships in that phase....not a good phase for attachments IMO...for reasons explained above.
6) Immediately after the end of Ke dasa starts the Venus dasa. Venus is the Karak of marriages and very well placed in the 7th house of friendly Mars in Navamsa and is also your Asc Lord in Navansh.

In your case if we take the Karaka lagna placement and then see the soonya rasi associated with it then we will see what the problem is:
Your Janma tara does not come under Soonya tithi but this is not enough we have to see the same from Sun and also AK. Hence when we see your case we see that Mars is your AK and it is placed in Gemini. We find that for Gemini P.Asadha, P.Phalguni and Dhanista comes under soonya nakshatras. The lord of these star are Venus,Sun and Mars. Now we find that these planets are placed in. Mars is in the 8th house, Sun in the 9th house and Venus in the 10th house. Hence all these bhavas would become defunt due to the soonya presence.
Praying to Nakshtra devata would resolve the issue.

The 4th point that you mentioned about rahu being in the 7th house and causing partner to move towards materialism is very very true in my case. This was the main cause of break up in both my previous relationships.
Can you please tell me what ketu jap i should do to improve this situation? Are there any other remedies that you think I should do?

As per your request, this is my analysis. Extremely sorry for the delay.
The problems regarding relationship and marriage in your chart is due to the following factors
1. Kalsarpa Yoga. All your planets including Lagna are between Rahu and Ketu and this Kalsarpa Yoga forms between an axis of the 2nd H (Family/Speech) and the 8th H (Mangalya Sthana). No need to be alarmed, this yoga does not prevent any other yoga from functioning or good things from happening. What it does is give some acute mental distress and tension during the Dashas of Rahu and Ketu. You are currently running the MD of Ketu and the KSY forms on the 2nd and 8th axis so the distress would be regarding family (2nd) and Married Life (8th). There might also be some wealth (2nd) and Health(8th) issues. However Rahu is in Gemini and Ketu is in Dhanu rashi..their respective mooltrikona signs, so most likely the nodes won't be too unkind to you. Ketu in your chart is very strong being a fiery planet in a fiery rashi and in its own Nakshatra (Moola). Ketu is also the Co-Lord of your Lagna, being the co lord of Vrishchik Rashi. This planet is extremely capable of bringing sudden upheavals in your life. Your last relationship broke down during the Ketu MD Saturn AD. In your Rashi Chart Shani aspects Ketu from the 12th. Your Ketu Dasha gets over by 29/05/2012. Then your Venus MD starts.
2. Your Lagna is in a Papakartari Yoga being hemmed in by two malefics Ketu and Shani. As your Moon and Guru - the karaka of the 1st husband for women, is conjunct the ascendant, they are also in a papakartari yoga. Guru is your 2nd and 5th L and Moon is your 9th L which is also debilitated in scorpio. This will create a lifelong problematic situation regarding the karakatatwas of the planets. You have very strong desires but are often thwarted in their fulfilment by circumstances beyond your control. You might also have a very angry nature although you maintain a calm exterior. If you are angry you keep simmering for a long time and then suddenly break out in explosive wrath...this can compound your problems. Also you do suffer from different illogical fears...rest assured the world is not against you.
Apart from the papakartari yoga, two malefics in the 2nd and 12th from the Lagna creates a special 'Ashubh Yoga' and can create problems due to blockage of Income and very high expenditures, problems in the family and blocks the in the fulfilment of conjugal bliss. Frankly speaking Shani in the 12th H is not good for married life. However the silver lining is that Shani is exalted and will allow you some benefits after putting you through the wringer and Rahu and Ketu behave well in the houses of Jupiter (Your ketu is in Dhanu). So a severe delay is expected.
3. Mars and Rahu in the 8th H in an airy Rashi (Mithun) this will cause breakage in relationships / marriage and create a sense of unfulfilment and frustration in love/conjugal life. Also 8th H is the 2nd from the 7th denoting the spouses family (that is why it is called the Mangalya Sthan). So Rahu and Mars in your 8th H can cause disharmony with your in-laws.
Good thing is Venus is in Leo in the 10th H, although in an enemy H but in the Nk of friendly Ketu (Magha) and unafflicted by any malefic aspect. Thank you for that insightful analysis. It has helped me understand why I have been suffering so much. you are absolutely right about me having a bad temper. I tend to hold onto grudges. This has also led me to lose a few friends.. In case of my breakups , however , It was always my partner who started to drift away from me suddenly.. towards material gains.
To answer your questions,
1)My relationship with my mother is very nice and loving. We get along very well.. barring the few arguments we have which is normal in all parent-child relationships. However, my relationship with my father is extremely strained. We don't see eye to eye on any issue. I love and respect him a lot but we just don't get along. We are poles apart!
2)No. neither of my parents are in the educational field.
You mentioned that even after marriage there are chances of disharmony and problems with spouse and in laws. Is there anything I can do to get rid of these doshas in my horoscope?

You have severe Kuja dosha, Mars in 8th in from lagna and Moon in Rashi and Mars in 4th fr Lg and 7th fr moon in the Navamsha.
The 1st remedy is to keep a cool head, treat the spouses viewpoint with consideration and try to talk matters out openly rather than simmering and exploding suddenly one day. Since now you know the problem, you don't have to grope in the dark and tackling your own temper is something that is to be done by yourself.
Exalted Shani in 12th and Ketu in 2nd might make you spiritual or simply somewhat indifferent to material pleasures and more interested in religious activities. Your husband may or may not be in tune with your proclivities, not all couples dovetail into each other. You must understand that a man has to worry about the comfort, wellbeing and security of his wife and children and these cannot be secured without money. So, if your husband turns out to be materialistic, just let him be. Let him concentrate on his worldly profits and you busy yourself with your japa and puja. At least that way your pursuit of spirituality won't be pickled with worries about electric bills and property taxes. And everybody knows - Sati ki punn se pati ka punn.

Whether the exact same person will return to your life is a very complex analysis and calculation. It can be done but my skills are not that good yet. Also there will be a lot of freewill or kriyaman karma involved - which cannot be ascertained beforehand.

4) Further Rahu in the 7th house pulls the spouse in the other direction of materialism..making it a difficult balance even after marriage.

I think it will be difficult for you to sustain realtionships while Ketu Dasa lasts...and it's not even advisable to force yourself to get married or have serious relationships in that phase....not a good phase for attachments IMO...for reasons explained above.
6) Immediately after the end of Ke dasa starts the Venus dasa. Venus is the Karak of marriages and very well placed in the 7th house of friendly Mars in Navamsa and is also your Asc Lord in Navansh.

Please review portions of my advise earlier which I have made bold again.
Within the Ketu period things were always going to be difficult.
--your Venus period has started......Venus is the marriage karak.
--Venus is placed in the 10th house of your Rasi chart.
-- and Ve is the he 10th Lord of Navamsa in the 7th house and in a 7-10 exchange with Moon the Lord of 7th.
--that is a strong exchange yoga between kendra lords and friendly planets.....and a postiively strong placement.
--by no means marriage is denied...you were trying hard in times that were no favorable...no blmae for that...but now things will mateiralize...most likely someone from the work environment or introduced by someone from your work side ( if your are working).
--chant Shukra moth 108 times daily, and 9 cycles of 108 times on fridays...fast on fridays.....you will find a match that will last within the next 6 months most likely.
and within Ve-Ve you will defnitely get married.

Whatever you do say is 100% on target SK ji..I never followed up on your predictions, but things about personality, physical appearance etc are always very accurate..I don't know how you do that..but it's really interesting. So I do hope you will learn this technique too soon.

I also nopticed Rah-Ket are transitting over the natral Ra-Ket on the 1-7 axis.....for the last 1 year and this unfavorable transit will end in Jan 2013......
Have faith in shukra dev......in Sep he will cross the natal shukra in 7th house of navamsa and in Oct the natal Venus in Rasi.
all this time Juo is in your 7th house and under the aspect of natal Jup.
If with faith you are propitaing shukra dev daily and weekly....you may find a match as early as during these transits.

Sorry to interrupt, but I just checked her chart in J-Hora (Topocenric) as well as two other Chitrapaksha Ayanansha softwares.
J-Hora gives her Ascendant as Scorpio at 20.30'57.18".
Debilitated Moon with Retrograde Jupiter are in Lagna and Ketu is in 2nd house Sagtittarius at 1.12'33.36" degree.
Jupiter retrograde at 7.33'53.28" is receding from Lagna.
Rahu is in conjunction with Lagna Lord Mars in Gemini 8th house at the same degree as Ketu.
Her Venus Mahadasha began on 27th March 2011 and since 6th June 2012 she has been running Venus-Venus-Rahu, which will continue till 8th December 2012 - Of course, Geocentric setting will advance Venus Mahadsha to mid-2012.
In comparison to this, the other two softwares also give Scorpio Lagna with Moon and Jupiter in Lagna at approx same degrees as in J-Hora, but in these softwares Ketu-Rahu axis is in 1-7 and in Sandhi (transition zone) at 29-36-58 degrees.
Venus Mahadasha begins on 12th June 2012 in these softwares - obviously with Geocentric setting.
Of course, it's a point of debate whether one should use Geocentric or Topocentric setting, but my concern here is more about the position of Rahu in both versions.
If we consider J-Hora chart, then Gemini Rahu in 8th, conjunct with Lagna Lord is a matter of concern for her marriage and overall growth, when corroborated with debilitated Moon and retrograde Jupiter receding from Lagna. Ketu here is benefic for 2nd house of family and wealth.
If we consider the other version, then again, Rahu in transition zone in 7th is a matter of concern, as Rahu in transition zone can create real trouble and especially in 7th in matters of marriage.
Rahu especially becomes more troublesome in transition zone, as opposed to other planets.
Ketu here is in Yamaganda - transition zone between a fire sign and a water sign - and hence, Ketu mantras as recommended by you is right here.
Considering all this, I feel in addition to reciting Ketu Mantras, she needs to pray to Durga - doing Chandi Havan once every month on Shukla Paksha ashtmi either with Durga Saptashati by priest or by Durga Suktam oneself should be good.
Chandi Havan includes a worship of all planets, so Ketu-Puja will also be automatically included there.
Reciting Durga Suktam, Kunjika Stotram and Devi Suktam from Rig Veda should also be useful, alongwith wearing white sandalwood necklace.
Besides, exalted Saturn in 12th further creates problems for family as well as wealth situations. In current transit, Saturn is now going to cross over her natal Saturn in Libra and this trouble may increase.
Reciting Hanuman Chalisa daily and doing Hanuman Havan once every month on a Shukla Paksha alternating between Tuesday and Saturday with 11 recitals of Hanuman Chalisa verses with offerings may help.
