In a state of confusion regarding career and higher studies

Hi All..

A very good morning to all of you. I am here for a very good friend of mine who is really confused and frustrated at this moment.
This guy has been trying for higher studies from past two years, he is putting in lot of effort, hardwork but nothing seems to be working for him..current job is not so satisfying and the pay is also less..i know him from college he is brilliant student, singer and profound table player. He has his eyes on MBA but some problem or the other always pops up..
His sister is facing difficulties in her marriage which is disturbing him very much..he has been trying for new jobs with zero results..he was approached by few very good companies and he fared well too, he was confidant that he will get through but in the end it slips from his hands..he is not able to concentrate on his studies..he is trying for good MBA college abroad but all seems very distant now..
He is a guy of high spirits and one of the most optimistic person i have seen..sometimes he gets very low and frustrated but he gathers himself very soon and gets ready for the fight of life..

Being a well wisher of him i wanted to know when things will start getting into places for him..because i have seen him struggle from really long and he deserves results for his hard work..he is a guy of good values and ethics..his birth details are as follow
DOB : 25 March 1986

Should he concentrate on higher studies or job search now??
When will he get a good job? He has been trying for it from long time..

So should he concentrate on job or higher studies ?
Actually he is not able to concentrate on either of them properly..if you could tell us which way we wud have more success , we will try to follow that way..job or higher studies.

Does he have any prospects for higher studies abroad??
