i have read that if the sixth lord is placed in sixth house then then the relatives becomes enemies and the native befriends outsiders to belittle relatives. i want to know if that is true . if any one could share their experience of dasa of sixth lord then it would be better.

even i am going to start my dasa of sixth lord. i am really scared of this dasa. added to the misery is the fact is that my sixth lord is also making a very strong vipreet rajayoga with jupiter. lets see what happens.

I have seen a chart which has this combination, she is scopio ascendant with lagna lord placed in aries( own house + 6th lord in 6th house). close relatives(brothers & sisters) became her enemies. But the good thing is she was able to over all her enemies, now they all are behind her & wants to befriend her . She is a workaholic, always serving others for good.

As one of the member said that one has to be mentally prepared for facing this dasha. But the question is how to face enemies. Even I am peace loving person. Don't know if I will be able to overcome enemies and .No one wants enemies. What can be more worse than your own close enemies turning into enemies and giving you nightmare. Any astrological indication as to how to face enemies and win even if it is at a cost.

Vimshottari periods of L-6:
Vimshottari dasha periods of the satkona-pati usually signals some type of painful imbalance experience.

Also Can anyone share experience( Mixed yogakarakas) whose 6th lord is also 9th lord like, Mercury for capricorn lagna, Jupiter for Cancer lagna, Shani for Virgo Lagna.

I know of a close relative of mine who had her 6th lord sat dasa, which also happens to be 7th, and I dont think there was any problem with relatives in her case, she had problems during the dasa but not any problem with coborns or relatives.

My obervations are below
1.Dasa of 6th lord, will give diseases but only when it comes in old age, ie beyond 60 years. Otherwise minor problems unless afflicted by more malefics.
2. If strong in 6th house,it gives conflicts,enemies but also gives a fighting power and native will be victorious.
3. In case of taurus lagna, if in 6th house, it gives good diplomacy. But venus with jupiter tend to give diabetes, BP,sugar problems. A good diet and control of food intake is necessary.(little difficult for Taureans
4. For scorpio, great energy if mars in 6th house or aspecting it. Aggression need to controlled with physical exercises. Fever,headaches,bone problems if afflicted.
5. For aries, nerve problems, skin problems if afflicted by nodes, saturn etc. misunderstandings during communications but if strong reverse.

Same for cancer lagna too, but jupiter here is a lesser benefic, as 6th is the mooltrikona. If placed in 9th house w/o malefic aspects then more good.
For virgo lagna, same, but saturn's natural maleficity and more of 6th results, as moolatrikona will prevail. If placed in 5th house good results.
Severity only when 6th lord is in association or aspect of malefics or in dustana houses.

All while we are talking about service, disease, hardwork, Sickness, Legal, difficulties, Outcast, negative thoughts etc.
What are the good things about a planet in 6th house or about 6th house, what are those? It is one of the ARTHA Trikona also.

Jupiter will give more 9th house results than 6th house. But aspected by mercury which is a functional malefic for the chart, also in 3rd in D10, aspected by 8th lord in d9, will give you professional set back at times in his dasa.
You will change professions and be on move most of his period. Foreign travel is also possible.
Overall good period but slow growth as jupiter is retrograde.
