Dear astrologers, birth details below.
Looking for an answer on
-whether employment or business ultimately.
- when will one see some stabilised income
- will there be any career success at all with good earnings
Jupiter Md gave lots of stable employment, awards, lots of money, lots foreign travel. Shani MD has made things incredibly tough. Employment and income is intermittent. 2010 saw some income from projects won in 2009 with decent money, but no employment till last quarter. Last quarter of 2009 gave employment with less money than beforev from Sept, which ended in november 2011 very unfairly for no mistake.
What are the prospects? Is there no hope til rahu shifts in dec -jan? Your help will be much appreciated as there is deep concern.

See you must get the facts right before concluding anything. You are under Shani maha dasha from may 2008, Your Lagna is Makara Lagna and its Lord is Shani Deva. He is everything for you. He is the prime giver of wealth to you,as he rules the 2nd house. Shani Deva is in 8th house, which is owned by Surya Deva. Both are enemies. He is not in a good position to give results. His shadbala is not strong. You must fast on saturday and also donate black dal, Black shalwa on Saturday. Pray Lord Shiva as Shani deva is a devotee of Bholo Shankar.
Venus is Yoga Karaka for Makara lagna and he is in good position , placed in his own house i.e 10th house.
But there is aspect from Mars on Venus as well as Lagna , so there might be some breaks in career.

No need to worry, there is hope in saturn dasa.
And dont concern much about transits of mars etc. In fact if you want to look on transits, take note of Dasa lord saturn's transit. Further to go deep, check the pratyantar dasa lord and its transit.
examine transits first from lagna, then from moon.
You are running saturn-mercury now. Mercury is the 9th lord in 12th house show a loss in fortune or meagre fortune. after that saturn-ketu which may not bode well as saturn is in ketu's star, and in 6-8 positions from D1,D9 as well as in D10. ketu is powerful too as in own rasi pisces, and its karakatwa is certainly not much money! health concerns and marital problems may show up.
But all will improve from saturn-venus. In d9, they are well placed, aspected by moon+mars, 2nd 11th lords, a raja yoga shown here, good money accumulation and comforts.
So saturn dasa will slowly and steadily improve you, but domestically may give you a hard time.
Your jupiter dasa would have given you good only in later half, i think.

Ketu is in the nakshtra of Mercury and Mercury[12H] is in the nakshtra of Ketu[3H]. Moon[7L] is in the Nk of Rahu and Rahu[9H]is in the Nk of Moon.Mercury[6L] is also under the sign exchange with Jupiter[12L]. In Saturn-Mercury-Ketu[ from 15-10-2012] you felt humiliated because the effort made by you has gone in 12H, house of loss.Ketu is also in the 8H of D-9. Anuradhaji sorry here are some dates : 16th Dec 2011 was my last day of work. .I served notice for two weeks and then got my severance and left. I was officially employed on records till Jan 15th. I was paid till March 15th per contractual terms.
i think my date of joining was Sept 15th 2010. Pretty sure.

Did you study economics and then branched out to finance?? I think You have done an MBA, most likely finance but Human Resource is also possible. Which one is it??
Regarding job, a good job may come between 04/10/2012 and 20/10/2012. (Sat-Mer-Ven). But by all indications this job may not last very long.
Another good opportunity will come in between May - July 2013, this one will be good and much more stable. (Sat-Mer-Moon).
Anyway, once Ketu comes out of deb in transit, in Jan 2013, things will turn much better.

Anuradha ji you are absolutely right about languages, I do pick up languages very quickly and well. As for computers again, totally right, I am very keen on shifting to web based and computer based media, and love gadgets and computers

The thing is that Parashar and other classical authors had no idea about these modern professions. We have to work them out by ourselves.

Swamyk nothing to do with human resources am afraid, my work has been related to informing, educating, and teaching large audiences and the public, but through the medium of entertainment which is certainly venus.

Taking many factors is good but i won't suggest it for you, as you are a cappy ascendent and running sani dasa, which make you more worry prone
For career prospects, i will suggest a simple method. Take Amatyakaraka and check the position and aspects.
In D1, Amk mars is in debiltation in 7th but in 10th from AK venus, which is the best position.
In D9, Amk, AK,PK, and 5th lord aspect each other in 1-7 axis, which is excellent.
Only GK's conjunction spoils a bit, which is saturn. that's why much enemity in work place!
Once saturn-venus comes, it will elevate you and make you more popular also, pl remember me at that time
