The only thing evident is that the native will not get to work until oct 2013 due to work permit not being available.It is also not guaranteed after oct 2013.
if may ask..how soon is the soon?
currently the native is under mental stress and lot of anxiety due to this and not able to focus on studies that are planned.
What are the chances of the person relocating to a new place?

Yellow.. it is a good period for learing and coming through challenges but not for job...
looking at saturn.... job may not be guaranteed not as sooner than before the next two years...though further education can be taken up.

Mars as 2nd lord I thought could give wealth in its sub-period as the major period lord is Moon, the 10th. As Mars is placed in the 5th house, education is indicated. The sub-period of Rahu, which comes after Mars, can give a job as Rahu is in the 10th house.

promise of job is very much there as 2nd,6th 10th and 11th cuspal sublord is showing that ,change of place can be possible till nov 2012.

mars is the 2nd lord but along with saturn,mars has only given the native expenses and losses so far (rahu aspect -impulsive spending ).
The inception of the Moon AD (Ju-Mo-Mo)brought a new relation,no salary income as the employment had to be terminated due to foreign travel after marriage during Ju-Mo-Ra.
but good amount of maternal wealth in marriage(around 90-100 tola in Gold.. the 6th lord Jupiter MD ),rest some good amount of money is stuck in govt PF (guess due to lazyness of withdrawing-Ju effect or inimical Sun wont allow to receive the PF money soon )
May be wealth is yet to come.hard earned money out of own slogging and struggling but nothing as of now.
moon in lagna makes the native money oriented and worrying all the time and ketu adds to the pessimism!

My whole prediction changes now as the chart is different. The person is running the sub-period of 10th lord, Moon, but in the chart, Moon is conjunct Ketu, and sade-sathi is also going on. So this period indicates severe stress for the person as Moon also signifies the mind and is afflicted in the chart. Mars period has not started yet. In the Mars sub-period I feel the person will start earning once more as Mars is the 2nd lord in the 2nd house of wealth in the chart. But due to sade-sathi and Rahu transiting to Libra on natal Ketu-Moon in December 2012 things won't be easy.

The time is not very good till 2016. Bad transits like sade-sati, then Rahu transits to Ketu in jan'13 and then 7th Lord period, markesh, conjunct with Saturn and Rahu antardasha of 7th house will make you face challenges with respect to relationships and deceits. Health issue will be there.
The only lasting relief is from 31 years. It is said for swati nakshatra born people, their golden time starts from 31 years onwards and last till 60 years and beyond that.
Dasha of Saturn as 5th Lord period will do you good.

Deeps & yellow you both are always together ,how much you love each other. There is a film named Brokeback Mountain by Ang Lee . He is planning to make part-2 . You both are fit for the lead role . If you agree I will contact to Ang Lee.
