Jobless scince two years

Hi all learned members,
can you help this native analyse that when will he have his next break , he is unemployed from last two years,prior to this he has nine years of rich ecperince and last was with an eminenet bank but ha had to leave this jon on june 2010 due to bad health,since after that he got some of the breaks but didn't join as were not upto mark in april 2011 and nov 2011.
