Saturn occupies Libra/Tula w.e.f. 14th November which is the 7th House in a natal chart for Aries, (kal purush). Jupiter or Brihaspati occupies already Mesha/Aries which is the 1st house. This is called as “drishti” and present transit has been a mutual aspect.
Jupiter is the Lord of giving and abundance, the planet of expansion. Saturn ,on the other hand is the planet of hindrance, restriction and boundaries. This direct aspect means that there will be positive changes for the “ deserving people“ waiting patiently for good time since years, as Jupiter will benefit them and Saturn being in his exalted house of Libra is expected to deliver justice to “ those who enjoy happiness by inflicting pain on others“.

Without determining ascendent and sign of moon one cannot generalize about poitive or negative effects of any particular planet in isolation.

Saturn is,overall,a yogi planet for you, being retrograde, its effects are as if in occucpation of second house.

A yogi planet is usually auspicious, however, saturn ,like a harsh teacher, gives nothing without a leash.
