How to derive a Dasamsa chart?

Dear forum members,

I am doing very bad in my profession since the last 5 years though I was doing much better earlier to that. Unexpected events of misfortune related only to work happened and now in a state where I can only dream of going back to how I was earlier.Certainly, I am not happy with what I am doing now.I want to take a look at my Dasamsa chart and know what is pulling me down. Can you please guide me how to create my dasamsa chart or direct to a website that helps me derive one.Though I referred a few websites and tried deriving it myself, I am not certain if I did it the right way.
