There were no major issues in our marriage, but since sometime my wife is unhappy with me for no apparent reason,and keeps saying she wants to seperate. I have tried talking to her , and she is fine for some days and then again she expresses her unhappiness.

Wife's Pisces rising chart is weak for marriage. Her current time under Ketu Maha Dasa and Rahu AD is difficult for rest of the year. Chances for conflicts, court case is there.
Next year obstructions for marriage would continue.

Times ahead are challenging. However, its heartening to note your determination to make it work. This is the best use of astrology - awareness of what lies ahead and having the determination to give it your best shot inspite of the odds.
So, first hurdle is to go past July 2014 without break. If you do, then 2015-2016.
If you are able to get past this period, then you've got chances of making it last.

As per Ur birth chart Ra and Sa in 1st house and Ke in 7th house.. Mars in 4th house.. U r Manglik
Ve is placed between Sa and Ma.. There are so many bad placements in your chart
As per you Wife chart, She has Ma in 1st house and Sa in 7th house, although the effect of Sa in 7th house is reduced by Ju.. There is no such indication from which u can say about second marriage.. Her Ve is placed between Ke and Sa.. Thats bad..
Also many be due to the presence of Sa in 7th house, ur astrologer might have told you about second marriage but this is not surety.. Presence of Sa in 7th house is not considered good for marriage life..
Overall both ur and ur wife charts have many negative points..
