Issues with property ....losing lots of money

This is my uncle's issue.
He was in a very good position and suddenly the company asked him to take VRS and move on with a package.
He has been facing multiple issues with property after starting few modifications and off late he is losing lots of money of on that.
He wants to sell his flat and get money, and is not sure when that can materialize.
Can you pls check when he can have better times ?

Your uncle need to take things with care and caution. He is under the Maha dasa of malefic Moon and sub period of Ketu.

::Challenges and obstructions would come during the second half of 2012::

Chances for selling the property would come during July/ August 2012.

His next sub period of favorable Venus is well placed in 11th and occupies 3rd house in the navamsa can give him some favorable time next year.
