I got married in Feb 2007 and have a baby boy kid in 2009, as i was very sad and was not happy with the attitude of my husband and their family so i came back to my parents home and asked for Divorce from my husband. as we thought of getting the dispute closed without intervention of the court so we did not file a case in court but they are not ready and for once they got ready initially for returning our money and then they refused to give the money in end time and not ready to give the divorce also. please suggest me. my kid is also there with them
Also i am preparing for Bank PO exam till when can i get the job. please share your valuable inputs.

Chances for marriage are better from Jan 2013 onwards. Next year generally is better for settlement, marriage and job.
