pls help my friend in serious trouble regarding child birth

my friend's wife has a cyst in her ovary . Doctor said if she is unable to conceive within 8 months she might never be able to . My friend is very depressed . His wife will undergo some operation within this month . He asked me but i am not good enough astrologer . please help ..

In his rasi chart 5th lord is exalted .Now he is running dasa of Mo-Ma then Mo-Ra till Nov 2013 . Both Ma and Ra are aspecting 5th H . So i think his wife should be able to conceive within Nov 2013 right ?

In sapthamsa chart , 5th Lord is debiliated !
