Venus, though placed in 8th house, in enemy sign, it is yogakarak for your lagna. It will help you fulfill your desires but little late. Initially, some stress can be seen in job. Best time would be from Mid 2013 onwards.

Yes your 10th house matters may get affected but look the condition of your 10th house too, Your lagna lord and 2nd lord is exalted there, Your fortune lord is placed in 10th house in his friend's house and will help you in your proffesion. So it looks to me even if you face any hurdles in your proffesion, you will be able to overcome any adversities.
