My humble request to u.

Why i am posting this message becoz,I have posted twice about my govt job
prospects, but no body has answered astrologically, so i thought instead of
getting reply for my personal query, a valuable and informative post from
someone like you wud do the work for me and others too.

So i request you to start a post specificaly on Planetary combinations for
govt job, so that me and everybody on this forum aspiring for career in
Govt service can benefit from it and perform there action in right
direction acc to their chart to succed in their efforts.

See your Sun is aspecting 2H, hence you have a chance to do govt. service
Since your Lagna Lord is in 7H I will use Dwisaptati sama dasha
Currently according to DSS you are running Jup-Mar. Mars is 8L in 9H, Now after may you will be in Jup-Mer

Dwi-saptati sama dasa (applicable if lagna lord is in 7th or 7th lord is in lagna):

Jup MD: 2004-07-05 (3:36:56 pm) - 2013-07-05 (7:59:44 pm)
Merc AD: 2012-05-20 (10:26:53 pm) - 2013-07-05 (7:59:44 pm)

During this period you will also experience events related to Land/Residence
One word of caution, dont take punga with seniors, your chart also indicates some loss due to govt. authorities. Exactly timing event is little difficult
Many changes are indicated. If you are thinking of doing a Job then Job connected to communication/menial work will be better.

Never wear Red Coral,Ruby or Neelam.

Does Sun aspecting 2H in any chart indicate chances of govt service? How about Sun in 2nd house ?

see, suns connection with 2/10/11 gives person chance to do government service, but it is not necessary that all people having sun connected to their 2/10/11 will be in govt. service, But all those who are in govt. service should have sun connected to their 2/10/11 in D1 chart.
Sun should have PAC with 2/10/11 i.e Position,Aspect,Conjunction

could you please explain the logic behind the above rule ,especially for 2nd nd 11th house.

Do,8th lord has any role in this matter if placed in Kona.

Navall ji this is found after studying lots of charts of govt service people.The common thing in their chart was suns linkage with 2/10/11
2 is our earning, 11 is another house of gain,10 house is house of work so sun the karaka for government should be connected to these houses to show income from govt.
8th lord does not play a role.8th house shows Insurance related,Research related,secret agencies,CBI,CID,graveyard,post-mortem,work that is related to documentation of Birth and death records , LIC ,INheritence, Fire Brigade,Surgeon

Navll ji first of all
In the example charts given in those sites first 2 charts are of a govt service person and third chart is of jobless person
In any of those charts 8L is not placed in trikona(1,5,9). SO that cannot be a rule.
See in chart 1 Sun aspects 11H
See in chart 2 Sun aspects 10H
Both were in govt. service
But see in chart 3 Sun is in 6H not aspecting 2/10/11 nor their lords!! He is not in govt . service, but instead due to other afflictions he is not in any Job and is Jobless.
Now dasas of planets can make person change his profession, go into business or private companies etc etc

The Sun ---> 2/10/11 is a thumb rule for Govt.Job

As for the past 2 and half years m jobless,and now appering for interviews for govt service in banks.

earlier than this i was doing private job.

Is Banking right line for me,being Merc my 10th lord.

Interesting that you were Jobless in Merc antardasha of Ketu Mahadasha. SO do you mean you were doing nothing from 2010 onwards?

yes, may,2010 i left my last job..since then tried but didnt materialise...then started preparing for govt banks nd ssc.

I am using Dwisaptati sama dasha for your chart since LL merc is in 7H

In May 2010 you were in Jup-Moon Moon is debilitated in D1,D9 and D10. Moon is 10L of your D10 and is debilitated in 2H of D10. In D1 it is joined Sat and aspected by Mars. In D9 it is in 6H in Rahu-Ketu axis. Thus Moon antardasha should have been very tough and painful for you.
Then in Mars antardasha, Mars is 8L of D1 and is in 8H in D10. Same picture, no progress.
Fortunately your Mars antardasha is ending on 20 May and Mercury antardasha is starting. Mercury is placed in 10H of D10, and now doors are opened for you
