What is the reason for such behaviour in this chart even though ascendant lord jupiter exalted in 5th and is there any chances the conditions will improve

Thanks for your reply Ji, but does rahu has so much power that even though jupiter being ascendant and ninth lord exalted in 5th does not make this person or his life good, i am a beginner, please apologize if my question does not make sense
Exalted planets doesn't necessarily give good results. Let me tell you why Rahu is important in this chart
