It is not clear what happened to his 1st wife.
His Lagna ,Moon and Venus has afflictions and is the reason for problems in married life.
Lagna is having Sat in it and the Lagna lord Mars is in the 8th.
Moon and Venus are afflicted due to the association of GULIKA.
Planet (malefic) in the 8th can cause loss of spouse in its Navashakadhipathy's Dasa or Anther dasa.
Here the nvamsa lord of Mars is Mercury and his antherdasa period in Jup Dasa was between (May 2006 to Aug 2008). I request you to see and let me know that whether this period caused the loss of spouse ???.
However the Moon antherdasa is to start from Jan 2013 and there after the Mars antherdasa from may 2014.
Both these periods are capable to bring marriage to this native.

Thank you very much for the response. My cousin lost his wife on October 26th 2003. His wife suffered nearly 1 1/2 year with frequent fevers, T.B etc. and finally diagnosed with some rare disease that was inherited. Within two years his father also died due to renal failure caused by prolonged Diabetes. All these years we are all tried a lot to convince him for second marriage but he is not at all interested. His mother who is 65 is much worried about his lonely life.
I think these details may sufficient for further analysis.
