Dear All,
I recently read B.V.Raman's book titled "How to judge a horoscope"--Vol --II and I give below details
as per his book --in Chapter on 7th house.
If Saturn in a watery sign occupies the 6th and 12th houses and is devoid of benefic aspects, the native will be a eunuch.
The following planetary positions cause one to be impotent :
1. Saturn in depression in the 6th or 12th house.
2. Saturn in the 6th or the 8th house from Venus.
3. The Moon in an even sign and Mercury in an odd sign and both being aspected by Mars.
4. If the Lagna, Venus and the Moon occupy odd Navamsas.
5. If Mars is in an even sign and the Lagna is in an odd sign.
6. The Sun and the Moon, Mars and the Sun, and Saturn and Mercury—
if each of these planets of a pair is in an odd and even sign mutually aspecting.
7. If the 7th lord and Venus are in the 6th house.

There are many Yogas for Napusaka Yoga in classical texts , However they would just mean a person getiing problems in begetting child or being impotent.Relieving factors can save
First of all, napumsaka does not mean eunuch. And what is eunuch anyway?
Let's see dictionary:
So what does it mean then? Let's see the dictionary:
The sanskit dictionaries are very much outdated, and do not cover modern terminology related to sexual- and gender minorities. You will not find words such as homosexual, gay, lesbian, queer, transgender, transvestite, transsexual, intersexed from sanskrit dictionaries. You will only find the outdated, archaian victorian terms "hermaphrodite" and "eunuch", and these are entirely misleading.
Napumsaka can often be used in place of or in reference to klaibya and svairinii.
Let's see dictionary:
So how many castrated men do you personally know? Yes, none. So why are you speaking of eunuchs here? Eunuchs existed in ancient cultures, where it was the practice to cut the testicles from the soldiers who lost the war, to demoralize them and to make them slaves. This is extremely rare these days, and practiced only in some brutal and undeveloped places on this planet. So it is clear that napumsaka does not mean eunuch.eu·nuch
noun \ˈyü-nək, -nik\
Definition of EUNUCH
1: a castrated man placed in charge of a harem or employed as a chamberlain in a palace
2: a man or boy deprived of the testes or external genitals
3: one that lacks virility or power <political eunuchs>
So what does it mean then? Let's see the dictionary:
This quotation explains more what a napumsaka is: the literal meaning is "non-male", which also means "neither male nor female". So what this means? It is a broad category term that is used in sanskrit texts to refer to the members of "third gender", or the "tritya-prakriti". In modern day terminology, this means transgenders (persons whose biological gender is opposite to their psychological gender), intersexed (who have gender charasteristics including sexual organs of both genders to variying degree, and formerly were called hermaphrodites). It also covers eunuchs, but as said before, this is extremely rare in todays world.नपुंसक

Napumsaka –by Amara Das Wilhelm
Since there are no real English equivalents for the Sanskrit terms napumsaka, shandha, kliba, etc. and because these words cover such a wide range of different people, I prefer to translate them simply as “third sex” or “third gender.” These terms are less limiting and leave themselves open to interpretation. In most cases, the third-gender personalities mentioned in Vedic texts are not explicitly described as castrated, intersex, homosexual or anything else and to assign specific terms to them when this is not clearly indicated is speculative at best and incorrect at worst. I reject the traditional Victorian terms “eunuch,” “neuter” and “hermaphrodite” because they are not only archaic but also inaccurate and misleading. Similarly, the single word “impotent” does not fully convey the meaning of a third-gender man since one of the most common types—the homosexual—is not considered impotent in the modern sense. The phrase “impotent with women” is more accurate and the term “intermediate sex” is also suitable in some cases.
svairini – By Phil Hine
svairini – an independent or “liberated” woman. The term svairini appears throughout the 4th century AD Kama Sutra, referring to a woman who refuses marriage, earns her own livelihood, and takes what is delicately referred to as “the virile (i.e. dominant) role” in sexual activity with men, or with other women.
Yashodhara’s commentary on the Kama Sutra states:
A woman known for her independence, with no sexual bars, and acting as she wishes, is called svairini. She makes love with her own kind.
Alain Danielou, in his translation of the Kama Sutra translates svairini directly as ‘lesbian’. Some older Sanskrit dictionaries render svairini as ‘prostitute’ or ‘unchaste woman’, however the suggestion remains that a svairini is a woman who follows her own course.
Considering that B.V. Raman in the text quoted above actually means "napumsaka" with his obviously wrong term "eunuch", I tested these principles on a couple of charts of gay people, and did not find them fully functional, though they work to some degree. These natives that I used here, are masculine men, unmarried, have never been with a woman, do not have any desire for a woman and feel attraction to other men. They do not show any feminine charasteristics, thus they are not "sandha" - trangenders, but rather "kliba" - homosexual or gay.K.R.Mani wrote: I recently read B.V.Raman's book titled "How to judge a horoscope"--Vol --II and I give below details

In case A, Sa is in watery sign, in 6th from moon, but it receives beneficial aspect from Ju. Rest of the rules are not found from this kundali.
In case B, Sa is in a watery sign of Pisces, but occupies 9th (or 7th from moon). Both moon and venus are aspected by mars, and moon is in even sign, but mercury is not in odd sign (rule 3). Rules 1, 2, 4, 5, 6 and 7 do not hold true in this case.
In case C, Sa is in 10th and 7th form moon. And in fiery sign. Sa is not in depression. Sa is not in 6th or 8th from venus, but co-joined with it. The rest of the rules do not hold at all in this case.
In case D the rule actually works! His Sa is in watery sign, in 6th from lagna, and receives aspect from debilitated Mo and debilitated Me. So I guess this cannot be considered beneficial aspect, as the planets are debilitated? Anyhow, the native is gay, has never been with a woman, is very intelligent, quite philosophical with spiritual traits, but is also very sexual and lustful. His Sa is not in depression, but is in 6th. The moon is in even sign, but mercury is not in odd sign, and neither of them receive aspect from mars. His mars is in even sign and lagna in odd sign (rule 5) The rules 2, 4... are not fulfilled in this kundali.
I have a lot of sample charts, and so far I have tested this rule on four, and it failed in three, and worked in one. Not very convincing so far.
Do you have sample charts where you have found these rules functional? Can you please post here, and also briefly discuss their cases with details.
I found a good thread related to this one:
