--there is not much wrong with the chart excet in D-7 5th Lord shani is in the 6th house of hurdles and in degree-to-degree conjunction with Ketu.
--Ketu by defnition is antithesis to procreation so if associted with 5th house or lords...can case delays in conception.
--neverthless Jupotiter the karak for progeny is reaonably well placed in rasi and is aspecting the 5th house in rasi and 5th lord in D7.
--and 5th lod of D7 shani is strong by being in swakshetra
--you should pray to ketu-dev, chant ketu mantra daily...establish and pray in front of a ganpati idol and worship in Tuesdays.
