my birth details are as follows
28.7.1969
11:55 am
jhalawar/ rajasthan

do i have any property yoga (house/ land ) in my chart. will i ever own any kind of house or a piece of land in this lifetime. Please can anyone read my chart i will be very greatful.

I can help you.

Accuracy of prediction depends by and large on the accuracy of the birth time. What is the source of the Birth time you quoted? Hospital record - birth certificate/ your parents/ it is time mentioned in the birth chart prepared long back / birth time quoted is indeed a rectified birth time.


The Prediction methods I practice, won't work if the error in the given birth time is more that +/- 10 minutes.


So it is my practice to verify the accuracy of the given birth time. I use several methods to verify the birth time accuracy , out of those, a method based on past events is more suitable for web based sessions.


(I here assume that the birth date and birth place both are accurate }

If you want me to look at your chart then you need to furnish me at least 5 major incidents with dates (the more the better) happened in your life, for example :


Completion of formal education (mention principle subject/s and qualification/s)
Joining the very first job
First overseas travel (mention purpose: Education, job, tourism)
Death of parents/spouse/ siblings
Major accidents / Surgical procedures
Job resignations/terminations
Job transfers
Purchase of house / 4 wheeler
Marriage / Divorce
Child birth/s
Major financial gain/loss
Starting / closing a business venture
Any other strange , unusual experience

In addition also share :

Any physical defects like weak eye sight, stammering
Any chronic illness (suffering should be for 5 years+)
Any major birth marks (exclude minor moles etc)

Any special qualities (singing/ acting/dance/poetry/writing/public speaking / good handwriting) you should be famous (at least within your locality/fiend circle) for that quality , mere interest won't suffice.

Any active participation in field sports, you should have participated at college/univ/state/national level , mere interest in sports won't suffice.


Also tell me about:

Your gender (if not mentioned in you post/s)
Your current location
Your current / last job (industry type . position held)

if you are born in big cities like Mumbai / Delhi / Bangalore then specify the exact locality / suburb.

You are in the dasa of Saturn weak by debilitation and ruler of 5th house can give challenges first and some good results at end of its dasa.

Current time has some obstacles and challenges during 2012. So things will not work out quickly and can land you in trouble.

There will be chances for you to invest in property next year, 2013. In my view there are chances you can own some prime land or property.
